Michael from Customer Service was EXCELLENT! I was picking between two sale email offers, and Michael was patient and helpful. When working on my bill, Michael helped me find my Splash Cash to use and deduct from the total. The only reason I deducted one star is because of the $3.99 charge for delivery and assuring a signer for the order when it is delivered. That is infuriating!! Either I or my doorman sign for my order, and I should NOT have to be hit with a fee for something so absurd. Splash corporate should pursue this and have it done away with since it is nonsense and an insult.

Splash provides good value for me
Splash provides good value for me. I'm not expecting earth shaking wines, but good drinkable ones, reds in my case. And, so far Splash has delivered on that. While the most recent case hasn't been fully "evaluated" yet, the selection looks interesting and the first few bottles were quite drinkable. Cheers!

splash needs to indicate if every bottle is dry or sweet
splash needs to indicte if a bottle of wine is dry, sweet or whatever they do not
they send me a bottle that is plastic. quality wine dealers to not send wind in plastic bottles.
they always put a sparkling wine in the selection without indicating they are doing so.
their order form is too complicated and it adds $5 her and $4 there. not good

After a FEW YEARS with this company
After a FEW YEARS with this company, something occurred that interfered with ordering from them. I do not remember now what it was but I could not buy from them; so I let it go. I think it was an outside interference from scammers. Now; eventually, I am ordering again and it seems all is well.
