I received my bag 3 weeks ago and I loove it! Everyone has been asking me about it and I cannot recommend it enough. Amazing quality and design, great work!

Like most women, I have my fair share of bags and buying the Black Saffiano wasn’t exactly an easy choice because I didn’t know exactly what to expect.

After 6 weeks of using it, I’m most happy with its size. I’m relatively tall and for me it’s comfy enough to use as a handbag on a daily basis, but also roomy enough for short travels.

I have also been a kickstarter backer and these people at La Mansio have been fantastic. I received my bag, i use it every day and almost on a weekly basis I get compliments from strangers.
It's a shame that a handful of backers who supported The Project thinking that Kickstarter is like a shop come here and leave bad reviews simply because their experience was not perfect.
Keep up the good work La Mansio team and focus on continuing to bring out great bags!

I was an original backer and waited months for my bag. It finally arrived sept/October 2022. I have used it as a work bag for about 10 months and the ring and piece of leather that holds the shoulder strap ripped out recently, sending my bag with my laptop in it flying to the floor. When I saw how the ring was attached I understood why. Just a tiny piece of leather was used to support the weight of up to 8 kilos. It was never going to hold. Now try to get the company to honor their 12 month warranty. They first wanted me to pay another $100 dollars on a new bag. Then they wanted me to pay $40 for shipping. Now they have agreed to honor the 12 month warranty and are sending me a new purse at no cost and free shipping. I’m glad that the customer service addressed my problem, but wish it hadn’t taken so much back and forth. I hope my new purse lasts longer.

I was a Kickstarter funder. When I eventually got my bag (very late), the leather had been stretched and marked by poor packing. The strap had been stuffed into the front of the bag in a way that left a permanent stripe, right across the whole front. I contacted La Mansio straightaway and was told I'd get a reply shortly. Well, that was Nov 2022; it's now Aug 2023 and I'm still waiting...

Looking at reviews, many other Kickstarters have had similar problems - damaged, poor quality bags, or nothing received at all.

Romanian businessman partnered with a young women to upmarket mass-produced made-in-china bags to appear like a women-led small American business. Scammed thousands of people out of millions. Their only talent was marketing. Absolute scam.

Very good material! It has fine details and i can wear it easily with every outfit. It's a roomy bag where I can put all the things I need!

I ordered the half pack and it arrived in just 5 days. I am very pleased with the superior quality of the leather and the sturdy structure of the bag. It came with a compression cube and a laptop case, perfect for traveling. It is very stylish and classy. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

I ordered 2 bags a year and a half ago and I still haven't received a thing.
Terrible customer service with default email replies, no one could sort the shipping out: at this point I believe there were no bags from the start.
Beware of this company, it's scam.

, - Camera Cube. Delivery process had been delay, but their correspondence was dedicated enough, so that I could wait the product arrival in calm. Product itself is very smart, looks so beautiful and incredibly functional. I especially love their camera case and the fact that I can attach la mansio bag to the suitcase. This helps me so much on the business. I totally love this product and the company!

I was Kickstarting it, and despite a little longer waiting phase which can happen during all the stuff that happened the last years i LOVE this bag. It's well made and incredible versatile. I use every way of carying all the time and get a lot compliments for it. The different types of compartments are also quite amazing. All in all - great experience worth the waiting.

The quality of the product is excellent and I am very happy with my purchase (mega pack black saffiano). The bag does/is everything it promised to be. I also received excellent response and assistance from customer support.

Although it was a long wait for my bag after the Kickstarter, when it finally came, it is absolutely gorgeous! Top quality materials, construction, care and style. I definitely recommend these bags 😊

The processing time is so long and the customer support stopped responding to me. I asked to cancel cause I need to move to another address and they still ignored me. I raised a dispute and they suddenly sent the item to my old address. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER TILL NOW.

I am a student and this is my dream bag!!! I spend all my day outside, starting from uni to work and then to the gym and my La Mansio comes everywhere. She's my best friend!

My black saffiano bag is amazing. I use it as a diaper bag, and it’s perfect for carrying everything baby needs. The camera cube is great for toting bottles and diapering items. Each pocket can hold something useful, such as wipes, a toy, or a pacifier.

The bag also looks good, which helps! I get compliments and everyone says it’s the nicest diaper bag they’ve seen. The zippers are smooth and the straps are sturdy.

If I’m traveling without baby, the bag also works as a modest overnight or weekender. It travels well, especially when nested with the suitcase, the pocket slips right over the handle.

I LOVE my LaMansio bag. I have both the black Saffiano and the Heritage Brown (sort of tan saddle leather brown). I get SO many compliments on this bag and I feel that when I go to meetings with my laptop people are impressed. It also has been great for airplane travel -- If I take my roll aboard, it holds securely on the handle of the bag and if I decide to check my suitcase, I convert it to a backpack to make it easier to carry through the terminals and still have a hand free for my Starbuck's!

I ordered a bag in 2021 just after La Mansio became a business and no longer a kickstarter. STILL DONT HAVE A BAG. Customer service keeps apologizing but doing nothing about anything. No refund. No bag. Don’t order from them. They cent handle the amount of business they are receiving and will not help you if they’re at fault on something.

I got the La Mansio main bag, plus the add-ons as a gift for my fiancee and she's so far very happy with versatility because she was looking for an elegant backpack style bag that she could carry on the bicycle commute, as well a handbag for work. `
