These were not available in stores and it was very difficult to find the correct ones online. I was only able to do this as I found the original paperwork from 11years ago with their serial number. They did not arrive quickly.

I am absolutely furious that I have spent thousands on a brand new kitchen and the light inside the brand new cooker does not work. When I called to get this sorted I was told it won’t be covered under manufacturer and there will be a call out charge and cost to replace!!! All they did was try and sell me insurance!! They also needed the Howdens invoice which I do not have as I was told by Howdens that due to data protection this goes to the builder. They did have all my details though and I confirmed everything. It’s absolutely terrible that when you purchase something brand new and it is defective, even if it is just the light (which helps my elderly mother) that you have to pay to get it repaired/replaced. It’s only been installed like 2 months. Disgusting!!

Great to find the spare parts online and delivery was great although not quick as it took boy 2 weeks.

Answered within the day and reordered broken part without a quibble!
Very impressed.

The service from the engineers was excellent. Our only issues were the length of time it took from diagnosis of the fault to the spare part being received and our rebooking for the work. It was also quite difficult getting the first appointment and took a long time answering questions and trying to be sold further insurances.

Easy ordering. I was a bit concerned but I was pleasantly surprised. Delivery was excellent too.

The spare part arrived in 2 days as the engineer said it would, we managed to fit it ourselves without any problems.

Ordering was easy and rubber fridge door gasket seal arrived promptly, so no complaints with service.
However it didn't solve the problem and my fridge door now not only has no suction but it won't even close and keeps popping open. It was old so unfortunately a new fridge/freezer has had to be ordered. It was 16 years old so I think that's pretty good time for an appliance to last.

All parts I ordered arrived quickly and were well packaged. Pleased with this purchase

Engineer turned up on time. Rang to let us know he was on his way. One of the most helpful people I have ever met. Explained what was wrong with our oven fixed it and answered all the questions we had about our oven. His name was Craig if you get this guy in your house you will get great service

No response to aftersales request - no phone number to call - when I found a phone number for the company I was then passed from one office to another only to be referred back to the same email address that's not responding. Poor aftersales.

*EDIT* Got a response after posting on here, so upgraded a couple of stars. Remained a hard work process.

Delivery to over a week, chimney extension came damaged in 3 places, although managed to hide. I won’t be using this service again, very disappointed.
