Call out on a Sunday morning to repair a broken drainage pipe. Great service, repairs undertaken very quickly.

Efficient service. Polite and friendly. Most importantly, effective work done. Came to unblock the drain and detected a damaged area in the drain metres away. We had recently had a leak in the water pipe and UU had dug up the drive (where damage was). It was reported by Leo to UU immediately and logged as urgent, emailed me the invoice so I can be reimbursed by UU. Absolutely fantastic service.

Can’t give a higher rating otherwise we would. Came out on a Friday evening to a blocked soil pipe - thoroughly assessed, found and dealt with the problem. Worked non stop and left the place cleaned up - really polite, showed us on the camera the issues and reasonably priced - definitely would use again and happy to recommend.

Within minutes of me ringing, ‘Leo’ arrived and got straight in with working the problem. In terms of service he was first class, took time to explain what the problem was and explained the ‘camera scope’ and what it was displaying back on the monitor. He was very polite and professional. He had the blockage gone within minutes. Top class service.
