Good experience in general, quick quote response, quick booking with the agent, report turnaround was 1 day, and the report provides good information regarding the property. For the competitive price, it's a fantastic service.

We are first time buyers and had a RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Survey performed by Landview Surveyors in July 2025. The whole process, from contacting them for a quote (that was reasonable), to the ease of payment, the service of the staff in the office, to booking the survey (there was a wait of about two weeks, which is to be expected as we are in London). The survey went ahead as planned with us being kept up-to-date at each stage of the process, and the comprehensive report was provided to us within the agreed timescale. We had no complaints and would definitely use this company again.

They recently conducted a Level 3 survey on a property we are about to purchase.

The customer service, knowledge, and quality of the report were great.

The response time for scheduling etc was very fast, the report was very thorough and delivery of the report was quick as well (within 5 days of conducting the survey). The surveyor was also very knowleagble and answered all the questions we had post-survey.

Great service. Happy with our Level 3 survey, really competitive price of £800 which is what I was quoted for a Level 2 from other surveyor companies. Other surveyors companies attempting to charge north of £1,200 for Level 3. Using Landviews surveyors gave us reassurance in the purchase and the report results helped us renegotiate a price, so I'd use again.
They were exceptionally busy so I waited a bit longer then I wanted, however that reflects in the professional work and competitive pricing. Thanks again!

Excellent service and thorough, detailed survey. I got numerous quotes for a Level 2 Honebuyers Survey and Landview’s was the lowest. I arranged everything via the website and email - an extremely easy process. Communication was clear and quick throughout. The survey report was very detailed and much more in depth than I had expected. All in all faultless experience.

Well, I used this company because of the great reviews it has on Trustpilot, and they weren’t wrong. A very thorough survey which the surveyor was happy to talk through with us at great length. Moreover, at no extra charge he returned to the property a week later when the loft ladder had been repaired so he could survey the roof as well. Recommended.

Reasonable price. Gareth did a comprehensive survey in a house in Birmingham and was available to discuss it later. I defintely recommend.
