Very very impressed! Survey was cheap but very detailed! Other companies asked us over 600£ for a Lv2 survey and with Landview we only paid 419£. We got the report back very quickly and like i said, very detailed. So far the least stressful part of our journey 😅 thanks landwiew, would definitely recommend in the future!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I’m writing this at the request of the Landview email for feedback. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing.

While I understand that no service is perfect, the lack of communication fell significantly short of what I expected.

My main concern was the poor communication throughout the process. I myself had to follow up on the day of the survey to confirm whether it had taken place. I did receive the report within the agreed two-week period, which was appreciated. However, since receiving the report, it's now been over two weeks and I have had no follow-up—neither a call nor an email—to walk me through the findings. As a first-time buyer, this was especially concerning, since I was relying on that 30-minute review (as outlined in the contract) to help me understand the issues mentioned.

I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit intended—constructively. There is potential here, but some fundamental areas, particularly communication and customer engagement, need serious improvement to meet even the basic expectations of clients.

Every thing went smoothly, I was advised of timings for when the survey would be booked and a date to expect the report, which was dead on time. The report was clear to understand. I would recommend Landview Surveyors to any friends who are planning to move.

From the moment I first made contact, Karla was incredibly organised, friendly, and always on hand to answer any questions I had. Absolutely blown away by the service we received from Landview Surveyors. As someone in the process of buying a property, I wasn’t expecting to get such a detailed and comprehensive report (Level 3 Building survey) – but they really went above and beyond. The surveyor didn’t just send over a generic document; the level of detail was amazing, covering every nook and cranny of the property, with clear explanations, photos, and even recommendations for future maintenance. The biggest blessing was to find defects concealed within the property which has not been paid attention to by the current owners. This amassed to a large sum of potential works needed to be done to live comfortably and safely.

What really stood out to me was how cost-effective their service was compared to other quotes we got. You’d expect to pay a premium for this kind of quality and professionalism, but their pricing was incredibly fair, especially considering the depth of the report.

The surveyor was also great at breaking things down – took the time to talk me through everything, answered all my questions patiently, and made sure I actually understood the implications of what was in the report.

If you’re buying a property and want real peace of mind, I can’t recommend them highly enough. Professional, detailed, and great value. If i could give more Stars I would and will only be using this company for future properties / investments regardless.

After searching House Surveyors around Liverpool, Landview Surveyors came up and were reasonable priced, i look at the reviews and what service i received they didn't disappoint.
I got the quotation i got that day, they contacted the estate agent straight away and it was booked in.
A few days after the Surveyor i received a 40 Page detailed in-depth report.
I could see from the report detail that nothing was over looked.

Landview Surveyors were extremely helpful and professional throughout. I initially received a quote of £750 for a level 2 homebuyers survey through my mortgage advisor and their team. I searched online through a comparison site and Landview Surveyors were the most competitively priced (£400) and had great reviews. I gave them a call as I’m a clueless first time buyer - Rachel was very helpful and reiterated exactly what I could expect from them. She gave me a proposed date that the survey could be carried out (within 2-3 weeks). I paid online, my estate agent was contacted and dates were penned in! Laila carried out our survey; she emailed once completed and advised the report would be available a week later or so. The report was very detailed and I was extremely impressed. I contacted Laila after to query a few bits on the report and her responses were prompt and informative.

I can’t recommend them enough, they have surveyors all over the UK so don’t be put of there HQ location being in London! 5* experience!

The quote was also extremely reasonable.

I requested a few quotes for a survey from and online moving house search portal. Landview were the cheapest, but I was dubious. However I got a call from James who walked me through the process and sent me a sample report. The report is very thorough, and they were prompt in providing it. Very good service and good value for money.

Report was very detailed and gave us great recommendations on what we could look to do to improve any issues or what type of contractors we may need approach for further investigation. The report was delivered in a timely manner and was easy to read and understand.

Landview Surveyors have completed our level 2 home buyers survey by Christine Armstrong. The survey was carried out on Tuesday and on Friday morning we received the report very thorough and easy to understand reports and even was able to locate a broken key piece in one of the windows. The report included several pictures to back up Christine findings, great job! Their quote is the cheapest on the market and their level of competency is of a very high level. Team member Karla will keep you updated throughout the process. You can monitor the progress of the survey by logging into the online account and also able to access your survey report, and sent to you by email as well. I would not hesitate to use Landview Surveyors again and I am highly recommending them to everyone.

I got a survey done on a property that we were buying. The surveyor was very helpful with letting us know what was going to be included in the survey as well as being very thorough in the survey report, I would %100 recommend others to use them as they keep you updated throughout the process.

Easy process to book, very thorough report. Surveyor took 2 hours to complete assessment (much to the dismay of the vendors but to the appreciation of us) and brought up lots of interesting and important factors that we hadn't been aware of or considered. Price was the cheapest we could find on the market. Would definitely use again for a RICS 2 homebuyers report.
