Easy process to book, very thorough report. Surveyor took 2 hours to complete assessment (much to the dismay of the vendors but to the appreciation of us) and brought up lots of interesting and important factors that we hadn't been aware of or considered. Price was the cheapest we could find on the market. Would definitely use again for a RICS 2 homebuyers report.

Highly recommended. Reasonable price and detailed report. I had an experience with another pouplar surveyor, the charged 30% higher, but the report was like a university junior student homework. In contrast, Landview did everything in a high standard. Nice job.
