My husband and I made a last minute decision to get married one afternoon. So we wanted something quick and affordable for the time being. After a lot of research we decided to go with this company I ordered a 5ct radiant cut and with a bezel setting. I was so excited about this ring it seemed like it took forever to get here! The day they said it was coming I kept watching my camera with the excitement of my ring arriving! Finally it was delivered!!!! My husband was sitting at the table and I opened the package so fast he was like wait a minute! Let me open it for you! He opened it and with great disappointment and shock it was not a 5ct…. It was a 2ct…. Devastated doesn’t even cover the emotion I felt at that moment. I quickly emailed customer service to let them know what happened. I sent them a picture with the measurements of the ring and they did admit fault. I asked them if I could return the ring for the correct one. I had to pay to ship it back! Seriously?! So they offered to refund the difference of the price between the two rings. It was a very hard emotional experience. I so badly wanted the ring of my dreams but didn’t think I should have to pay for their mistake. So I let them refund the difference and kept the ring they sent me. It’s a beautiful ring, great quality. The gold does scratch up a bit faster than I would like but for the price I guess I can’t complain.

The rings are stunning. It has not tarnished or anything. Still just as sparkly as when it came in and I wear it everyday. It looks beautiful especially for the price. Its worth every dollar spent.

I received my first order with Lane Woods Jewelry and I loved my piece. The style and sparkle is definitely noticeable and the price was just right. The website was easy to order and user friendly. The only three things I would complain about is that on the website it doesn't have a phone number to talk to someone directy and only via email which is a hassle if you want a quick reply. Once used, the reply sometimes took more than 24 hours for a reply and then the reply did not always answer all the questions asked and I had to reply with the same questions twice. I also noticed that although I bought the piece online and gave my email, I did not receive a receipt of the purchase with the details so I had to contact and wait via email. The order also took longer than I expected but when I received it, it was better than I expected. I recommend the company have live agents to answer any questions and also to add more details on their website like where these pieces are made and where they ship from. For mine, I found out they were made and sent from China. I didn't receive any guarantees with the piece as far as workmanship or quality and materials so that tells me that it may or may not be the material listed in the website (white gold/silver/moissanite). Their return policy is a bummer because you will never get back the complete amount unless you cancel within 24 hours. This is unfair if you wait for the piece and for what ever reason it was not what you expected or there is something defective. Keep this in mind before ordering and a risk you will have to take. Otherwise the piece is nice and satisfied with my order.

I purchased a 2ct pear cut ring and not long after one of the prongs broke off. I contacted the company and they were quick to make it right, covered with warranty, I sent the ring back and received a replacement. They made the exchang so quick and easy. Great customer service.

Gorgeous! I purchased a 2-carat, 2-ct, Square Princess Cut Staircase Promise Engagement Wedding Moissanite Ring in White Gold. I was a little skeptical about the beauty of the moissanite diamond. However, when it arrived, I was astonished by its beauty, which surpasses any diamond I own in terms of brilliance and clarity. The ring is solid, well-made, and clearly crafted by skilled craftsmen. It's so beautiful that it almost dwarfs my wedding band. I'm very happy!

My ring took almost 2 months to arrive, they also messed up the engraving that I spent extra on. To add on top, My diamond fell out within three months of me having the ring. not only that the ring was gold and it was turning silver. They will not replace it or give me some type of refund. My wedding is April 2026.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Their support team is bullshit:))
