Found a very unique promise ring that I have never seen before and the price was really good too so decided to move forward.. less than a week later and my order has just arrived and I am over the moon! The photos really don't do justice how good the jewelry really looks. Simply amazing!

Very happy with my order! Already made my second purchase as we have an upcoming birthday and this will be the perfect addition in my wife's collection.

The jewelry looks fine! Put my order in on a Monday morning and the shipment arrived on the following Wednesday (I am located in the US) so all in all a very good experience. Definitely will be back for more.

I’m surprised at the reviews because when I ordered my ring, it cost £217 and it was very similar to the image shown. The diamond was bulkier so it sticks out a bit more than I would like it to but the band is definitely Stirling silver (I’m allergic to all other metals apart from gold and silver) and the shine of the stone is magnificent. People have always complimented it. The stone and the metal is exactly as I first received it over a year ago. Perfect! Yes the delivery took a while but that was okay.

I am a little shocked and sad by the experiences that everyone had. I have ordered from them a couple of times and have had great customer service and the jewelry is exactly what they (well almost. the center stone of the ring was a lot bigger and the descriptions aren't super clear on size of center stone) I ordered my first ring and was kept updated on where we were on the order. when I received it the center stone was bigger than what I thought and wanted. I contacted them and they were great to work with!! I ordered another ring and sent the other one back and got a full refund. Due to the cost of the ring I wasn't expecting something from a high end jewelry store and maybe that is where my review is different. The stones are beautiful and always stays clear even if I don't clean it often, the metal has not changed color or changed my skin color. The only issue after a year and a half of wearing it on a daily basis is that the stone is coming slightly loose. definitely expected! My sister also ordered from them after my experience and absolutely loves hers as well.

Been waiting weeks for a refund on my items. Terrible company stay away from them.

So sad I saw reviews after I bought the ring !!!! So not like the picture! Really tiny and cheap !!!! Wish I could provide pictures of the website and the real ring !

They delivered 1 month late, necklace was poor quality. They told me to return it and then kept my money! They stopped responding to emails and have no phone number.
Search online and you'll find many people with the same awful experience. Beware!

I checked the reviews too late. I ordered a ring and later read someone said they use stock photos and send you a ring that is similar, but not exactly like what you ordered. That is exactly correct. I paid over $100 for a cheap piece of costume jewelry that in America probably would’ve sold for $15. They said it was moissanite. How would I ever know if that’s true or not? At any rate, I was not satisfied, so I followed the return policy. They admitted that they received my return and they agreed to refund. However, they never sent my refund. Their immediate response when I asked about this was “call your credit card company and deal with them.” I’m not sure how it works when credit card companies have disputes with vendors, but I’m wondering if they never really get that money back from the vendor and they just credit the customer being a very good service for their credit card customer. I’m sure Lane Woods is very happy about this because then they get away with not returning the person’s money, even if the person returned the item. Please do not buy from Lane Woods. I think the good reviews you see are either from people that are willing to accept junk for a lot of money or it’s from people that work for Lane Woods. At a certain point when I was waiting for my ring, I knew it was going to be a bad situation because almost every other day, they would send me an update acting like I ordered a $10,000 ring saying “stone is being cut” then two days later, “it is being placed in the setting”, etc. etc. 🙄. Just as an aside, I ended up buying a costume jewelry ring at Macy’s. It was 10 times nicer than what Lane Woods sent me at 1/5 of the price of what Lane Woods charged. Lane Woods sends cheap junk and doesn’t follow through with pleasing the customer despite all their showy advertising.

Scam. Never refunded me £250 despite their website claiming they would.

WORST COMPANY EVER
This company is a fraud. They claim to have hassle-free returns, but when I returned the product according to their guidelines, they never refunded me and ignored all of my emails asking them to. I provided a receipt of return and tracking number and it has now been over 3 months and still have not gotten any response. I have reported the charge with my credit card company.

Horrible service, i have been waiting 4 months and received nothing, they refuse to answer me half the time i wait weeks for a response and they refuse to refund me but wont send me the jewelry - 100% DO NOT RECCOMEND

I do not recommend Lane Woods and their products are poor quality. I ordered a heart shaped ring and I had an allergic reaction to it. It turned my finger black. I paid for shipping to have it returned and they sent a new ring and still the same problem. I sent it back and paid for shipping again. What materials are they using to make the ring if I can't even wear it. They can't even use stainless steel? It has been 2 months and I have not received my refund. Zoe in customer service does not respond to my emails. This company is a scam. I hope someone reports them! I live in Canada.

I returned a set of rings on April 3rd, I keep sending emails back and forth, still waiting for my refund, I never dealt with such a poor service ever, I will not recommend this place to anyone

Absolutely appalling service, company based in china- so very little to do about it if you are not happy…. Which you won’t be. BUYERS BEWARE

I ordered a ring in November and still haven't received it. Several emails were exchanged but still no ring. BUYER BEWARE, this company is terrible to do business with. No reason given as to why it was taking so long. I asked for a refund and haven't received my money back. Rotten company with bad work ethic.

Poor quality, looked much cheaper than it was, and much larger than size i would expect for that American size. tried contacting for a refund 3 times and no response, so now out of pocket for something I'm not going to wear

Very poor quality product in my view. So far sent 4 emails requesting the process to obtain a refund and have received no reply. I found an alternative email contact address but it didn't work. 1 star is too much.

I would give no stars if I could. Chinese outfit pretending to be reputable. Overpriced rubbish and they ignore you if you want to return and get a refund. They are also trading on Amazon so beware

Bait and switch company. They advertise shipping via USPS/Fedex, they indicate they are located in U.S. but in reality, shipment comes from China. They say 7-12 business days but it doesn't even ship during that time, it will be WEEKS after the delivery time before it actually gets here, received tracking information from China a week ago and its still there. AVOID, its a scam.
