I am here to share how I got my money back.
Hope there will have no more victim anymore.
I ordered a pair of vintage leather boots from Larado.uk. After weeks of waiting, my order arrived but it was not the boots that I ordered. It was made from faux leather. I contacted Larado CS and was asked to keep that rubbish and accept 25% refund. After months of negotiation, Larado insisted I was responsible for the return shipping cost although it’s their fault to delivered wrong item to me.
I contacted AMEX to dispute that transaction. With detail documents and evidence, I received the charge back from AMEX without needing to ship the boots to China.

I purchased a “stylish trench coat” for my husband from this online company. When it eventually arrived it was of very inferior quality, badly made with no labels, lightweight, flimsy and shapeless. I immediately asked to return the coat for a refund, as stated in their company policy, but was told it would be too complicated to return the item to China and they offered me 25% of the value of the coat (£90) and to keep the coat. I would strongly recommend that you do NOT buy anything from this company. It’s a complete scam.

After reading the reviews I was expecting the worst, but I was pleasantly surprised that the jacket I ordered was of good quality and I received it within 2 weeks .

This is not a company based in uk it is a company based in china.

They advertise genuine looking items online and social media platforms like pinterest and when the order arrives it is not the same item at all is very low quality and clearly a fake knock off

"I ordered a winter jacket from Larado and accidentally purchased two. Customer service cancelled the duplicate order immediately and refunded me, which I appreciated.
The jacket itself took three weeks to arrive, and unfortunately the Velcro strips at the neck had been sewn incorrectly and were unusable. I contacted Larado to reject the product, as it did not meet my needs. Customer service responded quickly and politely each time, usually within 24 hours, and initially offered partial refunds (25%, then 50%). I explained that under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 I was entitled to a full refund including return costs. Larado increased their offer to 70%, which I reluctantly accepted as the only return address provided was in China, making legal action impractical.
While I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness of Larado’s customer service team, I feel the lack of a UK return address makes it difficult for customers to exercise their rights when products are faulty. This is something I believe Larado should address to improve trust and compliance with UK consumer legislation."

SCAMMERS. DO NOT BUY.
They sell items that look nothing like the pictures. Items falling apart. Then refuse to give you a full refund and tell you the return cost will be 80% of the item cost.
Absolute criminals.

Horrendous - DO NOT BUY!!!! Dress was nothing as described or photographed! Looked like a cheap rag!!! Eventually I’ve got a return address but shipping at my cost!!!! Wish I had read the reviews before buying! Awful company!!

Don’t buy from this site. Clothes are very different from advertised. Trying to get a refund is impossible they suggest you keep the clothes and they will give you 25% back. They say it’s too complicated to send them back and won’t give a returns address! Seriously don’t engage!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Complete con. Ordered a jacket over 2 months ago and nothing. I emailed customer services and the email doesn’t get delivered. They look like they are a UK company, but in fact it’s all drop shipped from China. Pinterest should be more careful about who they allow to advertise on their site.

This site is an absolute con. Cheap goods from China which look nothing like the photos. Makes you think it is a UK site. As for helping to cut out plastic which is apparently what they are striving for, goods arrived in double plastic packaging. Avoid like the plague!

A scam. Bought a pair of trainers. Looked amazing on Pinterest. When they arrived poor quality. Cheap plastic. Did not fit. Tried to get refund. Was offered 25% of original cost as return postage would be £25.

I bought a jacket from Larador recently. It looked great on Pinterest. However, when it arrived it looked really badly made (wth seams & threads badly finished offin sleeves ) Do NOT buy from this website...shabby looking finish

Drop ship company in China, do not buy, just go directly to the actual brand which they clear rip off.

Looked gorgeous quality in advert ( lined jackets etc)
Paid £49.99 and £39.99 for items so expected reasonable quality
Items very different from advert. No linings as shown and poorly made with defects. They say .uk company but returns must go back to China at your own expense ( approx £20-£30 depending on parcel size)
I will be trying to get a refund through my credit card

Totally fake photographs of product
When the tunic arrived the quality was terrible not even close to what had been advertised.
Very difficult to return as they start a bartering game offering a 25% refund.They also inform you of how much the postage will be over £20.
Do not buy from this company
This tunic is advertised on Pinterest with various company names.
