Ich habe das Paket noch nicht geöffnet, daher kann ich nichts über die Qualität sagen, aber ich musste gerade 60€ Zollgebühren an den Paketlieferant bezahlen. Habe ich in der Art noch nie von der Seite mitbekommen, sowie auch noch nicht zu vor auf Bewertungsseiten gelesen.

Someone needs to get back to me before I take this extremely further. 3 clients allergic reactions AFTER patch tests. 1 client lashes completely flat after lash lift not even 24 hours ago. I have evidence. I swore by the lash base normal lash lifting products as I’m a professional, I switched to the pro range. The same product just the fact the timings were shorter. Step 2 has all the same products in as the orignal step 2 that isn’t the pro range. Where as step 1 has the same and a few more chemicals than step 1 on the original lifting kit that isn’t pro. I want a full refund this order, I will be warning other technicians not to use, even after patch tests, my clients are sat in A&E for hours getting their eyes flushed out! I have been a lash technician for 5 years and this has never happened to me in my life. Same with lifts dropping after not even 24hours. There is no clear guidance on website that there are more chemicals in one pack than the other. This is a dangerous product. I followed all timings correctly and again swear by the original method so I’m lost for words.

I had an allergic reaction to their lash cleanser - I do not have sensitive skin and have never experienced this with any other products before. I left a polite review on their website to warn others which has mysteriously been deleted. Retention of lash extensions is also not great.

After a mishap at a formerly trusted salon, I've decided to start dying my lashes and brows again at home.
I'm impressed for many reasons - speed of service and delivery, value for money (especially RefectoCil, which was my favoured brand), choice of items to build my home kit, and the quality of the goods. Massive bonus points for the lovely packaging!

Highly recommend on all counts.

Brilliant products and good delivery

I purchased their DIY lashes, and while the lashes themselves are brilliant (so far) the bond and seal are by far the worst I have ever experienced. Lashes stay sticky, stick together by folding in and end up coming off. Customer service say it's me using too much of the bond but I've never had the issue with any other DIY lash ssuppliers. They also say that the bond is designed to be tacky so that it prolongs the wear time of the lashes. This is the opposite of what your website says about the bond and seal, and it's also not what any clusters are meant to be like. They aren't meant to be tacky, that's why you use a seal! So Lashbase- you need to rethink your bond and seal, and perhaps train your staff to stop them coming out with ridiculous statements that make you look like uneducated liars.

would just like to say how great and responsive the lash base team have been regards me needing to return a item and get a refund. everything had happened so quickly and everyone has been very lovely and quick to help me and reply to emails and messages x

I’m a new LashBase customer and I ordered their adhesive over bank holiday weekend and it came by Tuesday! Really impressed about that, but most importantly, I’m really impressed by their glue! It holds well, it’s not runny and you can barely smell it so there’s no nasty fumes! I’ll be a returning customer for sure!! 🩷

Lash tweezers are terrible, don’t grip on the lash and can’t fan as they all fall out

I ordered lash glue with next day delivery for £5.99 on a Thursday at 1pm expecting it to come the next day as I had clients who were attending a wedding and I didn’t have much glue left, however it came FOUR days later. This is absolutely disappointing as a small business owner myself. Considering I paid a lot extra for next day, I really did expect it to come the next day rather than the next Monday.

I have been trying to get a refund since the 5th of October, however they never sent me the return slip. As my clinic has been busy, I have not had the time to request another refund up until a couple of days ago. Lashbase are now telling me that I may only be entitled to a "repair" or replacement, however, the problem is the product. As a small business owner myself, it is a shame to see such poor customer service. I am selective with my suppliers and believed lashbase were a good company to work with. Based on the interactions, it is safe to say that I will not be returning and I highly doubt I will receive my refund.

The lighting is perfect, and you can change the tone. But it’s very cheaply made. When filming treatments, the bracket holding the light up is falling onto my clients face. This has happened several times now. To be fair on the company they have said they will refund the cost after i return the product. But I think that as a business you should invest in better quality products, especially for the price.

Has and always will be the best lash supply company, the customer service is something else 😍, they all really do go above and beyond to make any experience with them the best it could ever be.
No other company does education like lashbase and this is such a big thing, being able to keep up to date with everything is so good for my clients to see. I use all lashbase products and absolutely love them all 🥰

Love lashbase, I’ve never had a problem ordering or waiting on delivery. Products are really good they are constantly doing sales. I buy the same lashes every time as I love them soo much. They really are a great company!!

Thought I’d try this supplier as I’d heard good stuff. Really regret that now spent a lot of money and my clients started to complain about their retention also the products are cheap for what’s charged never again.

The Best Lash Extension Company! I can purchase everything I need from them, I find all their products and equipment are of high quality and standards! Always comes on time and they have great customer service. There new tweezers are beautiful to work with too and can be replaced if dropped which is an added bonus!
