Sent the wrong light temperature version of the product I ordered, they then sent me instructions to rewire the product to correct the issue which didn’t work, then rather than sending me the correct product they sent me the component parts to convert the product I had. All of this took weeks to resolve. For the price I’m not impressed at all.

Due to a miscommunication the wrong colour lights were sent through. Las Sola responded quickly and professionally and replaced them immediately. The product is beautiful and very good quality for the price. Thank you very much

The worst products I have ever seen in my life after renovating 4 houses. The lights are cheap and do not work at all… engaging with customer service is a tennis match of frustration. Never ever buy this product! Update; they sent replacement part which also does not work… I give up!!!!

I ordered a beautiful lighted wall clock from Las Sola. When I opened it I realised within seconds that it was unsuitable. I.e., it literally required a certified electrician to connect the lose wires at the back to an electric cable (unprovided).

I contacted Las Sola and they have ignored all requests for returning the item, which I have sent photos of to prove it is in perfect condition.

Do not buy from this company. There is no way to return the product and you cannot receive a refund. We tried emailing and contacting on instagram and no reply. That is money lost. Product comes from China and took a very long time.

Don’t reply to emails and their Chinese phone number just rings and rings.

The UK mobile number listed below on this page is disconnected and their address is a mailbox only. Once they have your money, you will be lucky to hear from them again.

They don’t tell you that products come from china. Been waiting 3 weeks and still at china airport. Customer services don’t care. Awful company wouldn’t use again. Wondering if I’m actually going to receive the item

Awful quality and awful service! I paid over £300 for my product and the lights arrived late, in a damaged box, and required putting together. Electrician felt uncomfortable installing the lights as there is no safety feature. I asked for return and was informed I have to pay for postage to China and 10% restocking fee. Please avoid!

I bought 8 lights for a gift to my Masonic lodge after looking at a lot I thought well they look good quality how wrong the time it took to deliver was ridiculous so they offered a 15% discount still waiting and they have NOT answered e mail s I never got an invoice I will warn anyone to think twice from Masonic George

I purchased 2 lights from Las Sola in December.
Pros:
- Lights looks as shown in picture.
- Quick reply on email and happy with resolution of issue.
- With the exception of a bulb the items arrived undamaged and lights worked fine.

Cons
- Is not clear the company is based in China.
- Item quality for one of the lights not great.
- Not the easiest to install.
- Long shipping times.

Although my experience was relatively positive I do agree that if I had wanted to return the items this may have been tricky, based on the other reviews. I also agree with other reviewers that there are many many many fake AI reviews on trust pilot. Its a shame that returning items is so challenging as I actually think the products I received are very nice although maybe a little overpriced.

I recently purchased a standing lamp, but upon arrival, I discovered that half of the lights are not working. I’ve emailed the company multiple times, but I haven’t received any response. I found a telephone number on Trustpilot, but it turns out to be incorrect. At this point, I’m unsure of how to proceed.

Don't bother using this company

Ordered a very expensive light from here, over £1500 worth of stock. The light came and it didn't fit.
I had to pay £140 to return the item and the company return policy which is in VERY SMALL writing on the website states they take 10% off you when returning.
When I emailed to request the return, firstly they offered me a 20% discount to keep the lamp, when I declined as the light did not fit they then offered me a 50% discount to keep the light.

I have had to pay £140 in postage to return the light and also been charged £100 restocking fee, totalling a cost of £240 for a light I no longer need, a big waste of money.

I also thought it was a bit weird that the return address was for a house address and not something like an industrial estate as looking on the website you would think this is a reputable company with a high volume of customers, not somebody selling out of their home address.

In all, I would not recommend this company, be careful of their return policy as it is well hidden on the website.
In future, I will be shopping in person for my lighting in my home, not on websites like this.

Totally disappointed in my experience and would not recommend to anybody.

If you cannot see that the 5 star reviews of this company are so obviously AI generated fakes, and take them down, then people are going to very quickly lose faith in trustpilot.

This company is misleading, as it's based in China not in the UK. Most positive reviews on Trustpilot are AI generated.

No idea this was a company from China, products are poor quality and still waiting for one, which based on previous reviews and my experience with item I have received will also be being returned. Dreading that with the return reviews on here. Best avoid.

I purchased a chandelier from Las Sola uk, it took several weeks to be delivered. Very poor quality, different colours, signs of rust, items missing, needed full assembly by an electrician. I requested a refund but they were reluctant, offered me 20% but I told them the item was not fit for purpose and wrong dimensions, then they offered 10% off! I insisted for a refund.... they told me not to send it back as it was too costly! but to discard of the unit on a public disposal and send them photos before they refund my account. Since then I have sent several emails but no response. I have contacted my credit card company and reported this as fraud.

This is a scam company I paid for a light and got no invoice and no light

I have not ordered anything from this company, but I have strong suspicions it could be a scam website, as a lot of their reviews appear to be written by AI. Also, some of the trust pilot reviews have similar wording if slightly more sophisticated, but still have an AI flavour to them, and I am wondering if these are also falsified.
