SCAM!!!
Paid £400+ for a light that was essentially Ali express quality. China based company disguised as UK company. Delivery was weeks, not clear upon purchase. The Electrician who fitted it was thrown together and poor quality. A nightmare to put up and had to force parts together. Light felt and looked cheap and the wires holding the light up snapped a week after hanging. The light fell onto our new worktops and damaged them. Please please please avoid!!!! Quality, price, service all SHOCKING!

Item took ages to arrive and was smashed six weeks later still chasing refund being fobbed off with excuses
Do not buy! It’s cheap crap from China but makes out it’s a UK firm

Shameful

The item quality was low, we had ordered 2 wall lights for our bedroom wall. On the website they definitely look more premium than what was received. For instance, the screws that secure the light to the wall show as brass online but are silver in the delivered product.

The product was missing a thread, which we had to wait a further 20 days to receive, the box was pretty built up and i was just unhappy with the cables. Again, quite low quality.

I actually used MassiveLighting to replace these lights i'd bought. Much better.

Chinese company masquerading as UK based. Order took 6 weeks to arrive and when it did parts were missing.
The light requires significant work by a qualified electrician to assemble and install (and therefore extra cost).
Nonsense company with extremely poor product offering. AVOID.

This is now the 2nd time I have ordered from Lassola and again I couldn’t fault the whole process. Ordered a 2nd larger bubble chandelier and couldn’t be happier. The chandelier came with 16 instead of 20 bulbs, once I raised this with them they sent them immediately. Great quality, happy customer and will defo order from them again 👍😄

Faulty product (when the sensor activated, the lights went on/off/on/off etc....), wanted me to investigate the fault, would not accept responsibility for the cost of an electrician to replace the faulty lights and install replacements, eventually said they could not guarantee replacements lights would not have the same fault but now called it "flickering"...."if flickering occurs during use, this is a characteristic of the sensor system and not a product defect." I wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering. They are rubbish and their product is rubbish. DO NOT USE,

Shoddy Chinese tat. Advertised as a 1950's antique Chandelier but clearly straight of a conveyor belt in Wuhan. 5 weeks to arrive , with no update or warning. My electrician had to rewire to make it safe. No instructions. A minimum of 12 hours assembly time.
Is this what it means to share the labour resources of the proletariat for the many ? No.

Do not buy anything from them! All the lights are coming from China. You can find the exact same lights on Chinese websites for ridiculously low prices. We paid £700 and found the same one for £120. Luckily, we stopped the shipment and are now waiting for a refund. Do not buy anything!!!I contacted my Bank i follow my Bank advisor. Do the same thing.

Finally, both lights have been refunded ( After over a month,£30 less, but they can keep it ). It wasn’t easy — I had to send over 30 emails and stay in touch with my bank advisor. Please don’t buy anything from them

Do NOT buy from this company. We ordered 7 lamps. Images look great but the quality is extremely poor for a premium price. We decided to immediately return all lamps but Lassola refused initially and tried to charge a restocking fee of 10% which is illegal under UK law. After escalation and a threat of Section 75 escalation they relented but made us pay to send them back. The ‘warehouse’ is a semidetached house in Yorkshire! We finally received a refund which for some reason was £60 less. Terrible quality, poor customer service. Do not touch!

The description doesn't match the product you receive. I contacted Las sola UK, they will not let me return the lights free of charge even though the description does not match the product. Distance buying protects buyers, Las Sola is not interested in protecting it's customers.
Also it took weeks for the product to arrive.
Avoid this company.

Despite being listed as La Sola UK this is a Chinese company. The website estimates a 20 day delivery time and states that refunds are available. My order took 40 days to arrive and the only way I could get a refund was via PayPal. Untrustworthy.

Do not do business with this company. Product is rubbish, customer service awful. Delivered a poor quality product, broken product and refuse to take return. They appear to operate from Kowloon - they are demanding that I dispose of the product, send them evidence of disposal and only then will they refund me. Shockingly bad!

Packaging was damaged with missing parts and a shredded manual. The customer service wasn’t great as they don’t entertain the idea of a refund. For the price you pay for these lights, you expect better customer service and at least expect a refund or for them to send you a new item.

Terrible return experience. Product quality was poor

I would rate this scam website a 0 if trustpilot allowed me to. AVOID at all cost.

The order was LASUK3538 - Marliyn Modern Round LED Flush Mount Ceiling Light White/Gold/Black Bedroom.

The product arrived poorly packaged, and the packaging inside was all torn and dirty. The cheap glitter coating on the light had come off and was all over the inside of the box. I had an instant allergic reaction to this and had to take a shower to fully get rid of it.

Onto the product itself - it is clearly a cheap reproduction of the item shown in the nice photographs on their website, with a few obvious differences. The transparent portion of the light is a cheap plastic covered in a glittery coating, and does not reproduce any of the light qualities on the photos.

I cannot believe for one moment that this product was shipped to me in good faith.

Order: LASUK2990 - Fairly happy but also feeling like I spent a lot of money on lights that are not actually worth the money, the glare from the LED is like a bright light in the middle of the plastic cover, both plastic covers do not lie flush with the lamp shade, I am pretty adept at assembling, electrics etc. I wish I had read reviews here first which I usually do, but for some reason I forgot! I would not order from this company again.

Terrible service and terrible product. £139.99 for a light that is cheap and terrible.

Claimed I ordered two items when my invoice clearly shows one! Charged me twice and I’m currently fighting to get my money back.

Where to start with this company......
1 - Only sent out 2 of the 6 lights I ordered
2 - Opened the package to discover the lamps were completely smashed
3 - Ordered what was described as a "wood effect log" light but received a very cheap, bright green plastic light
4 - Completely refused to process a refund for the damaged, missing and shocking items
5 - Complete disregard for their own website which says returns can be made within 30 days of purchase

Purchased 3 lamps for the kitchen at work. None of them worked, cost a fortune, and the customer service team were awful. The lamps also came with no instructions, and came with no returns form. Do not buy from this company.

This light fixture really disappointed me. The quality is terrible, and there are clear defects on it. It's definitely not worth the price. I contacted customer service, but they just ignored the issue and didn't resolve anything. Definitely wouldn't recommend it, total waste of money!
