Disappointing agency and a buck,makes you chat with a robot first to be told I had to contact the company, I called the company and they tell me to call the agency directly, an agreement between them does not exist.
After many attempts the agency replies, reason to change the date of the return trip, (Booking ID: 2159345547) after a series of questions it seemed like a police interrogation he tells me he had to call my wife.
Even my wife calls the same procedure and in the end they say it's the company's job, Sas is called and they say the same thing.
I ask myself a question: who are the liar scammers, the fly company that doesn't want to cancel the flight or last minute that wants to scam the customer?
I would like some answers if possible.

Nie wieder!!! Buchung war einfach, aber dann hat man uns vergessen ... Eigentlich sollten drei Tage vor Abflug die Bordkarten per E-Mail abrufbar sein. Kam aber nix, bis zum Schluß. Nach einem Anruf und halbstündiger Warteschleife wenige Stunden vor dem Flug wurde mir gesagt, ich müsse vor Ort am Schalter die Bordkarten holen. Rückflug ebenso, keine Informationen mehr, kein Vorab-Checkin, keine Bordkarten. Ergebnis: Wir mussten am Flughafen 50,00 € Strafgebühr bezahlen, weil wir den Online-Checkin nicht gemachen haben! Schweinerei!

NIE WIEDER werde ich dort buchen, die guten Bewertungen sind sicher fake.
Wir haben uns einen Hin- und Rückflug gebucht am 7.6. um € 119,-. Am 24.6. wurde einfach so von der Seite der Rückflug storniert. Das Vertrauen in die Seite war weg und wir haben Hin- und Rückflug woanders gebucht. Für die Stornierung des Hinfluges war ich über 30min in der Warteschleife, gesamt haben wir € 48,- zurück bekommen (von € 119,-)!

Eigentlich hat dieses Unternehmen "KEINEN" Stern verdient. Reklamationen und Rückzahlungen werden nicht bearbeitet, erst nachdem ich einen Anwalt eingeschaltet habe, Lastminute verklagt habe, wurde ein Gerichtsvollzieher beauftragt mein Geld einzutreiben, das ganze mit Erfolg. Ich kann jedem nur raten, sich anwaltlich vertreten zu lassen, Klage einzureichen um seine Forderung zurück zu erhalten.

Because of the travel restrictions I am forced to cancel the trip. I provided all the supporting documents. Informed the customer care well in advance. But finally I just got the onlytax back(less than 10%). Even though the Emirates is offering full refund.
Stay away from this website.

NO HELP, BOOKING CANCELLED WITHOUT REFUND
I had a terrible experience with lastminute.com when I wanted to change the dates of my flight. Neither the lastminute.com nor the airline felt responsible or was able to help me. I talked to in total 8 representatives with just being referred from one side to the other. I never learned if it was theoretically possible to change the dates against a fee (which it should be), but CANCELLED the ticket with NO REFUND.

I initially contacted lastminute.com to change the date and was then referred to the airline (Thai AirAsia) itself as lastminute couldn't help me. After talking to 3 different airline customer representatives, they all told me that only lastminute can change the dates. I went back to lastminute and told me that it was the airline. The airline again told me that it was lastminute...you get the idea. No help, just blaming the other side.
I would have been fine if someone would have told me that I can't change the booking, but instead I was trapped in this hamster wheel without getting ANY ANSWER.
Never again - I recommend to everyone to just book directly with the airline. There might be a slightly lower price initially, possibly offset by high credit card charges, of using lastminute (or any other third party). But when something goes wrong, you're alone and no one to hold accountable.

Terrible company and atrocious customer service. Think twice and maybe a third time before booking with this shambles of a company

Waste of time with this company. Be very careful when you book with last minute.com.

I used their service for hassle free check in and I paid around £5 for that, but because of their incompetence I was in the situation to miss my flight.
I wanted to travel with my ID Card so I've put the number from my ID Card in their system, but because they hire incompetent people or because their procedures are wrong they've made my boarding pass with my PASSPORT and passport number which is expired.
I was lucky I noticed the mistake and I called them to correct the issue but they said I need to call the airline company to correct this.
So instead of hassle free now I have a headache.
They even refused to refund my £5 for their mistake.
I always used their service to book flights but never used their extras. This will be my last time ever I will book through lastminute.com.
Your customer service is rubbish as well,same as your service, staff who can't even speak english, you struggle to understand them, the only thing they do is to read standard answers.
A better and easier way is to use vola.ro, friendly people and smooth service.
