I found it well put together -
I had 3 live webinars a day for two weeks and I also had access to the actual course which was delivered via pre-recorded video
The education was beneficial and the delivery was great - a challenging course but it was also enjoyable
The team are helpful and respond to emails but if your expecting them to give you the answers, well defeats the whole purpose but they will definitely give you help and assistance

I did my Advanced Trading Course with the LAT and it had a significant impact on my trading journey. I started as a complete beginner on a one- week course to see if I liked it and quickly decided to continue with the course at the LAT. The lectures and very detailed summaries of the course content helped me to develop a very good trading strategy that allows me to generate a nice additional income. The teachers at the LAT are not only very knowledgeable but also very approachable. I am sure that I must have asked so many stupid questions but every question was answered in detail- Thank you for your patience! Starting the course as a complete beginner, I was initially concerned about whether I would understand the content as I was doing the course alongside my normal job, but it was so fun and engaging that I was hooked from day 1! It is hard work and requires a lot of commitment, but if you think about becoming a trader, then the LAT is the place for you!

Exceeded my expectations completely. The detail in the lectures is very good, the webinars are probably the best part and help to refine what you learn in the lectures. The tutors are so helpful and I'm very thankful for all the extra help they gave me throughout the course so a very big thank you to the whole team. I have just finished my diploma in Advanced trading course with LAT. This was the best money I have ever spent in my life. It is comprehensive, offers a ton of support, and includes live webinars featuring live trading combined with technical and fundamental analysis. If you want to learn how to trade properly, I highly recommend it. However, it is important to note that you should be familiar with the basics of trading; knowing just the basics is enough and if you do, you will succeed. The tutors are highly knowledgeable, so I would recommend it.

I did my Advanced trading course with LAT and definitely can say that this is the best course I have ever done. My trading experience before LAT was based on my own knowledge and intuition which I can call now a bit of gambling. I know that many people trade like I did before and losing money. Thanks to LAT I have realized that trading is a complex process which always have to have a reason and good strategy. I develop my own strategy and trade as professional now.
I highly recommend LAT to people who would like to achieve great results in trading.

As a complete beginner to the world of trading, I embarked on my trading journey with London Academy of Trading for the Advanced Trading Course, and I couldn't be more pleased with my decision.
Right from the beginning, I found the course to be quite challenging, considering I had zero prior knowledge of financial markets. However, a few weeks into the course, I was genuinely impressed by how much I had learned.
The course covers a wide range of topics, including technical analysis, fundamental analysis, risk management, and trading psychology. The modules are expertly crafted, starting from the fundamentals and gradually progressing to advanced strategies. Complex concepts were broken down into digestible pieces, making it easy for beginners like me to grasp the essentials of trading. The engaging video lectures, interactive quizzes, and real-life case studies further enhanced my learning experience.
One of the highlights of the course is its emphasis on practical application. I appreciated the inclusion of real-life examples and hands-on exercises that allowed me to put theory into practice. The LAT’s tutors are top class - approachable, supportive, and encouraging. After weeks of online learning, I went in for a live lesson. It was well worth the effort. In the office 2 of the tutors sat with me as I worked on screen to help me learn how to navigate analysing the charts. Equally, Alastair's lessons were well delivered, nicely paced with clearly structured content. My thanks to the team. This course is well worth the commitment.

I have just completed a four-week course with LAT. In this review I will mention both the positives and negatives and give my professional view speaking as a current higher education lecturer.

LAT is clearly a professional organisation with years worth of skill and knowledge. The tutors all come across as highly intelligent and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to trading. The course content (videos) is rich and the webinars can be really useful for putting the information learned into practice.

As a word of warning if you are planning to take the online introduction to trading course you will need to take the month off work as there is no way this could be done competently part-time. There are more videos in a working week than there are days and the content is so complex you need at least one day per video to understand it all, especially if you have no prior knowledge of trading. The three webinars a day can also last up to an hour and again cover a lot of ground that you will need to go over and absorb. Luckily these are sent out and you can rewatch them later that day. Make sure you are always up to date each day with your course videos or the webinars will make little sense. To get the best out of these webinars you need to know what the tutors are talking about in order to ask useful questions that better your knowledge. On the topic of these webinars though, the tutors are excellent, friendly and will happily go over anything you don't quite understand. A big thank you to both Florin and Marc for their support, you were both very helpful.

This is not a beginner's course, if you have no prior trading knowledge then spend some time reading up on the basics as there is some assumption that you know what a chart, candlestick is etc. Learning about what basic technical and fundamental analysis is would be advised as the course dives straight in with the assumption that you at least know a little bit about trading.

The video lectures themselves are good, but stick to one format and that's the (chalk and talk) approach of explaining things and assuming that you understand. For me personally this method is fine but there definitely could be more variation. The videos are also quite dated and I believe were made in 2017. The same trading principles apply but in a post-Brexit economy, it would have been nicer to see more current markets. The two lecturers in the videos however do explain things well and it's reasonably easy to follow if you have an interest in this vocation and have some prior knowledge of trading. If this is not your style of learning then this course definitely isn't for you.

As mentioned I come from an educational background and am a current university lecturer. In my opinion, the support for learning is poor. There is zero checking of learning throughout the course and unless you message into the email you will not hear from any of the tutors about your personal journey of learning. The support chat is reasonably ok and you will get a reply most of the time but not always and not always in a timely manner. This is very much a learn-by-yourself course with the exception of getting the opportunity to ask questions in the webinars. This is not to say you won't receive support but most of the time I felt I didn't know what to ask or where I was at in the course in regards to the syllabus or webinars. There is little structure to the course besides the week 1-4 videos and you could be ahead or behind and have no idea. In my opinion, each day should have a theme and the webinars cover a specific video. Sometimes the webinars would cover something we hadn't yet learned about in the videos or if they did assumed that we fully understood the video. There is also no personal tutor to check in with or if there was it was not mentioned. Even a weekly 1:1 five-minute tutorial would have made me feel like I hadn't been forgotten about.

Overall this course is good if you want total freedom to learn alone in one month. The videos cannot be viewed again after the course finishes so make sure you have viewed, understood and put them into practice before the course ends. To reiterate the course content is good, extremely detailed, and reasonably easy to follow if you put the time in. The tutors are very knowledgeable, kind and patient people so make sure you ask questions in the webinars and don't get left behind in the course content. I feel the course is overpriced for what you receive but also feel like I have taken away some really valuable information and I will be seeking further training to build on the knowledge I have learned from LAT.

LAT I have enjoyed much of the course but believe the course delivery and support could be massively improved.
