Kontakt z obsługą jest fatalny. Produkt przedstawiany na stronie jako luksusowy w rzeczywistości okazuje się tanią chińszczyzną. Paczka dotarła do mnie po 2 miesiącach. Po otwarciu paczki przeżyłam ogromne rozczarowanie, towar wygląda zupełnie inaczej niż w ofercie i ma okropny, nieprzyjemny zapach.
Prawdziwy koszmar zaczyna się jednak przy próbie zwrotu. Zero wsparcia ze strony sklepu, paczkę musisz wysłać i opłacić sama, a na koniec i nie odzyskujesz pełnej kwoty za towar. Szkoda czasu, nerwów i pieniędzy. Omijajcie ten sklep szerokim łukiem!

La qualité est nulle, de plus le plastique pue. C est une infection. Et renvoie à ses frais.
Qualité très mauvaise, le sac dégage une odeur de pourri, de sale , d oeuf pourri. C est honteux. En plus pour être remboursé vous devez payer l envoi à vos frais et ils vous prennent 10%.
Attention arnaque.

Horrible Customer Service
It took over a week for the company to contact me, False advertisement on easy return. You have to pay the return to France. What they suggest is a house credit.
I wished I have seen the reviews before I ordered. It was horrible experience.

Return policy / product quality
Delivery expectation not met, delayed for over a week. Shipping from China, however when attempting to return item due to non satisfaction, different shipping requirement is imposed. Strange return policy of shipping back to a different country, customer paying for shipping and 10% inspection product fees levied.
Product not as expected - sponsored
Images on Pinterest AI generated, item portrayed sturdier with long strap attached at sides of the bag where in reality strap is attached to flap, which makes the bag hang awkwardly. Option given to keep the item and refund 10% of the purchase price is a tell tell sign of actual item's worth and play on the heavily discounted price offered on the website.
Overall would NOT recommend for above reasons

Ho ricevuto una borsa che avrebbe dovuto essere in pelle vera, ma di vero lì non c’era assolutamente nulla!
Mesi a contattarli e cercare di avere il rimborso. Mi hanno assicurata che il rimborso sarebbe arrivato sulla carta, ma poi mi hanno detto che l’hanno caricato sul loro sito da utilizzare quando ne ho voglia. Ma chi vuole acquistare da un acquirente poco disponibile, che vende articoli falsi e che mette le informazioni false sui prodotti.
Uno schifo!!!

Concernant la teinte, nous comprenons votre remarque : les couleurs peuvent parfois apparaître légèrement différentes à l'écran selon les réglages de luminosité et de contraste propres à chaque appareil, ainsi que selon la lumière ambiante au moment de la prise de vue. Stay away from this company! I have to admit, It was somewhat suspicious to see that aggressive advertising compaign online. Unfortunately, I still took a chance ordering the Moira bag. It was a huge disappointment, but the worse came after. I tried to return it. The merchant wouldn't respond to my request for returning instructions. After the contact with my bank and disputing the charge, they got back with me and sent me an email offering exchange/credits etc. Finally, I had return the bag, but this did not end there. Now they claim the refund could not be completed since their accounting department not able to verify the charge back case is closed despite me sending them a copy of my bank verification email. I hope, my story will spare you from such disastereous experience.

As we explained to you in detail over several email exchanges, once a bank dispute is opened, a merchant is required to wait for its resolution before issuing any refund directly — this is a standard financial safeguard, not a choice we make, and it exists precisely to protect both parties from a duplicate reimbursement. We did receive the returned item, and we did ask you, as clearly laid out in our correspondence, to have the chargeback formally closed on your end so that we could move forward with your refund without risking reimbursing you twice for the same order.
We understand that navigating bank procedures alongside a merchant can feel confusing, and we regret that this added an extra layer of frustration to your experience. That said, we remain entirely available, as we have consistently been throughout our exchanges, to finalise this the moment the chargeback is confirmed closed with your bank — our customer care team is at your disposal for any documentation you may need on our side.

It was a terrible experience. Almost 1 month ago i was charged the money and never delivered the item. As well ur team doesnt provide refund to my account. It is all just hanging without tthe item or money.

Excellent customer service
I ordered the Moira bag, which is beautiful and of exceptional quality, but when I received it I found it was bigger than I thought it was. I contacted customer service to ask about returning it, and I received a response within several hours, which I didn't expect. They offered me a couple of options but in the end I kept the bag, partly because it is beautiful but the excellent customer service I received tipped the scale for me. L'Atelier de Malte has earned a new customer!
