Antwoord van Lathr
Hi Veronica,
Thank you for reaching out, and we sincerely apologize for the delay and frustration caused!
As a small family business, a few of the items in your order had to be custom-crafted by hand, which added extra time to our processing. We are happy to let you know that your order has been shipped and is currently en route, scheduled for delivery today or tomorrow (Tracking # YT2640221437402443).
We also received your direct email inquiry earlier today and have sent a detailed reply there as well. Please feel free to check your inbox for more details or reach out to us directly if you need anything else!
Underrated/understated. Simply the best
I make cold press soap w/barbershop scent so I loved your comments about your "seized" batch. (Me 2). Anyway, blind test with LATHR, Tom Ford Beau de Jour and Replica Barbershop. You came in first. The cleanest most elegant well balanced of the lot. People follow you around saying "What's that scent". Love it.
