Love this little business. Popped back in to get earring resized , customer service 10/10 as always , chose a gorgeous little moon earring, got discount with my LB points . Definitely worth going to if you’re looking to get a piercing, original piercing done in August and not a problem with it , healed perfectly

Really disappointing. Advertised as being suitable for a forward helix piercing but the posts are too thick and too long.

I first went in for some advice and arranged an appointment for a piercing. The staff were very professional and friendly, and I felt completely comfortable in their company. The piercers really know their stuff — knowledgeable, reassuring, and the studio is absolutely spotless.

There’s a great selection of jewellery. Some pieces were more than I’d normally pay, but the quality is excellent, and I’ve already picked out my next piece for my next piercing! Great studio!!!!

I ordered a helix earring and it is miniscule. I was so disappointed. You can hardly see it. It was expensive too. I will never order jewellery on line again.

I have ordered two 9k labrets stud earrings , one star and a butterfly, but I couldn’t fit them in my earlobes because they are too thick , I wish these details were on the website so I would’ve not spent £150 on them .
I tried to return them but they dont refund earrings for hygiene reasons .
Well i thought at this price for just 9k gold they would at least have some sort of exceptions , since earrings can get disinfected and polished , but they don’t and the earrings are very tiny for the price , and I am saying this because i am used to 18k or 24k solid gold for less than what they offer on their website, one tiny single earring for £90 /£100 and if you want 14k gold its double the price for just one single piece, so before ordering make sure you read every details on their websites, because it’s non refundable .
it’s a shame so now I have a pair of labrets stud earrings that I can’t wear , their option is to advise you to get your ears pierced stretched out in a piercer shop .

I have been dreaming of Laura Bond jewellery for so long and was absolutely blown away by the quality and how gorgeous her pieces are. I purchased the 14k gold mermaid and sun and they look absolutely stunning in. I have had so many compliments and can’t wait to buy more in the future!

First time visiting and it didn't disappoint. Started my ear stacks and was looking for a new stud. The jewellery is beautiful, even better in person than just looking online. The staff were so friendly and helpful. It felt like a proper treat/experience as got my new stud fitted. Cant wait to visit again to treat myself.

I wanted to switch up my earrings and googled ‘earring charms’ which led me to Laura Bond. I loved the styles and the varied selection. The earrings and charms are top quality at affordable prices. I bought a white gold clicker and a dangle charm. I’m definitely considering another piercing so I can select more styles. The pieces are delicate feminine and funky. It was Black Friday so there was even more of a saving. Plus there is also a loyalty club which offers generous discounts. Items are shipped quickly in pretty boxes and I must say I will be returning for more. X

My experience at Laura Bond, from start to finish was perfect. All of the staff were really welcoming and helpful. The process of choosing my jewellery was great, the member of the team that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and patient, and gave me plenty of time to choose my perfect earring. My piercing with Amber was done very professionally and was pretty painless. She explained everything fully, and I felt very comfortable throughout. Very happy, so much so, I'm now booked for another one!

I bought a couple of studs and they’re absolutely beautiful! The quality of the two pieces is impeccable. I am happy with the customer service I received and how quickly they were delivered.
