I contacted this solicitors on behalf of my daughter who has dyslexia. Sejal was very understanding and started work on our situation straight away. I was tagged in all correspondence so I could explain the emails that were sent to my daughter. All documents were signed via email. Sejal was very efficient and took the stress out of our situation. I'd not really considered much more about Lawson-West after they'd dropped me and partially reimbursed my fees I'd paid upfront after one of their partners left following my initial virtual interview with her. Until today, when I received an unwarranted commercial email from them, I'd not signed up for. As I was deleting it, I spotted the name of the partner under the picture of the partner that had done the Teams call with me... not the person that I'd been interviewed by. All very odd... so the partner had already left, and a different partner had assumed her persona to carry out the work ! Worrying !

They have helped us so much along the way even though we didn't always make it easy for them.
