I had 3.000.000 IDR in my Lazada wallet. My account closed by Lazada for safety reasons...the customer service cannot explain the reason and even they dont want to unlock my account. Money lost, worst platform.

These comments are a followup to previous report where the seller refused to provide a refund for an inferior product which I returned without the required return period
Lazada continues to avoid and ignore responsibility for providing a refund. Their agents do nothing to assist and in actual fact lack an understanding of customer service. As well some of them can’t respond to direct questions. Numerous broken promises . Correspondence through emails is also ignored.
Use caution when using this company to order products or more specifically trying to get a refund. Frustrating to say the least.

Lazada should consider filtering sellers for cases of scams. Also, change the delivery couriers.

My item keep on being suspended/locked.
And no way you can appeal i've spend a lot of time looking for appeal the link from the site is not working the app is worst. Theres no way you can appeal your lock items.

Hi, can someone knows how to recover lazada accout ? I have 2 accounts so I decided to disable the other one. However I accidentally disable the one which i am active with. Now I cant access my acct right now. I am currently having transactions & incoming parcels i had been purchased last 5.5 sale. Please help me 😭

Reasonably good and reliable.
Easy to use and simple to understand the whole process

Terrible customer service! Trying to reach Lazada due to a delivery being delayed. Even customer service functions on the APP do not work properly and prompts an error message: "page could not be found". It's convenient to run a business and just take people's money without proving any service and wasting people's time with late delivery!

Better options on the market so stay away!

I guess sometimes users get unpleasant ones due to bad vendors on the site.

Lazada has become bad to worse. I purchased a shaver and immediately after receiving contact their support sending the video that it doesn't work. But still they asked me to contact seller. After contacting seller in proof there is no option of video attachment so I attached photos. Seller after making illogical comments closed the review. Lazada did NOTHING.
Please dont buy items from lazada. Its looks like more of a fraudster platform now.

Wrote a review for a product that was a replica of the original, and that it was decent enough since it is cheap and I was satisfied with the product anyway.

Somehow lazada rejected my review for "counterfeit" and that they will contact me later as they have reported it as a case? Seems like quite a shady website that they don't allow genuine reviews being posted, use other e-platforms instead.

Both the times that I've ordered from lazada, the packaging was dented.

They have canceled my order with 17000 pesos last December 4. Until now, still no refund.

Company does not support their buyers and customers / always side with sellers. This is the case even with LazMall. If you buy off Lazada, you are at the mercy of the sellers and Lazada will not help you at all. Don't swap convenience for the piece of mind of buying off brick and mortar stores.

Really good platform. Had some issue with a vendor on my purchase where vendor sent obviously defective product and is unwilling to replace. Lazada aftersale service, although slow, managed to follow through with the sales and provide a refund.

I generally feel more assured buying items from Lazada

My account has been locked for no reason, now i cannot access my accouny anymore... i am a legit buyer online but this happen to me on LAZADA app

Lazada is a very bad shopping platform because you can get locked out of your account even if you do are fully verified

Worst service and worst attention to customers

All of my transactions with sellers went well.

Super easy to use and super easy to pay.
My go to platform to buy.
I can pay at the door with cash compared to eBay.
Many discounts and great choice for inventory.
Never had a problem.

I bought a some baby care products from lazada, I have paid higher as seller claimed products are genuine. After arrival product didnt seem legit. Nevertheless i checked the products. they were so different than the stock photos. Instead of using it i contacted lazada. Lazada only sent automated message but didnt get any timely update so i went to the local supplier's office. Supplier confirmed that product that i purchased from lazada are not authentic. I reported to lazada. But lazada rather dragged the case almost 2 months. in the end lazada terminated my account because I have complained. I got ripped off. Stay away from Lazada

I used Lazada for a year now and I can say that there's some technical problem in the system when I'm on my account there's always a notification saying that I need to log in again and your account has been locked for safety. This afternoon I experienced again some problem placing my first order it said that the product is out of stock so I choose another item then after that the app said that there's a network problem and keep on loading so I try again to order and in the end my product that I need to buy didn't place to the shipment.

I don't think that I will be ban in Lazada because I didn't commit to any illegal activities when I'm on my profile I just browse some items and if I have things that I need to buy I always put it to the add to cart and place it to order. My account is fully verified and I already inputted my personal information and my address its definitely a identity theft, data breach and cyber extortion cases.

I hope next time stop accessing clients account and sabotaging it especially if you don't have permission to the owner, you don't notice that your are already committing crime.
