Please offer more discounts and promos that aren't scamming the users. We were required to invite people to reach the quota but it barely made any difference!

I recently purchase a shoes for my son in Lazada. The product was great, it quality of the shoes in very nice. However, I am disappointed about the delay in delivery. I hope this wont happen next time.

VERY BAD ONLINE SHOPPING COMPANY THAT TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DONT CARE IF THE MERCHANT SELLS RUBBISH! LAZADA RETURN POLICIES AND PROCESSING MAKES IT IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN ANY DEFECTIVE, BROKEN, MISHANDLED, WRONG ITEM DELIVERED BY THEM! I HAVE MADE REQUESTS FOR RETURN WHICH WERE NEVER PROCESSED!

BEWARE OF THIS SHOP IN PARTICULAR THAT SELLS DAMAGED AND WRONG ITEMS. I ORDERED A STAINLESS WALL MOUNTED SOAP DISH AND ABBYSHI DELIVERED A DAMAGED HAND TOWEL HOLDER IN A DELAPIDATED OBVIOUSLY WORN OUT OLD BOX.

Fast delivery and earlier than i expected. Also the item is well package and protected. Order was processed in the same day then it was delivered after 2 days. I bought the item 2 years ago until now the item is in good condition. Thanks !

Courier are very understanding. I got a wrong item and without any further discussion the courier just told me he will report it to the company himself.

I purchased 2.1 speakers but before I get the product, I was searching for reviews if it is worth it to buy. Thanks to their product review features, all are reliable and my parcel delivered next day. However, they charge me on the delivery fee because of the product price below 1000 pesos.

Lazada was the 1st online store I tried. 1st 2 of my orders came in within a week, then suddenly my succeeding order would arrive 2 - 3 weeks. And they no longer provide me with tracking number for each item I purchased. Got disappointed with the service, but still love the products. purchased all my 6 pillows from them, all though I have to wait long. Found the best pillows for myself in this site. <3 I hope their service would go back to what it used to be.

Ordered twice, perfect each time, nice to have a reliable online retailer

I ordered a fan and some bed sheets at lazada thailand. It took them 2 weeks to deliver the products although it was stated to be delivered within 3-5 days. Whenever i called the customer support they tried to solve the issue, friendly though!
Apart from the delay, its the most convenient way for getting the stuff delivered. Will order at lazada TH again

I've now had 2 items that have broken with a month of ownership. One was a mop and the other a Mi Band 2. It is impossible to contact the seller, the manufacturer doesn't want to help and Lazada cries 'ignorance is bliss'. Not that I won't use them in the future, but they need to enforce that customers will get after sales support. I don't expect a $41 product to fail within a month...but apparently no one else is surprised.
