As of 2026, I have still not received the product I ordered from Lazamods, despite placing the order on December 19, 2023. The service requested was a simple custom paint job, yet the company has failed to deliver even this basic service. Throughout this period, I repeatedly requested updates and was consistently told that the item was “in quality control.” More than two years have passed with no progress, no communication, and no product delivered. As a military service member, professionalism and reliability are values I take seriously, and unfortunately, this company did not demonstrate either. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lazamods to anyone. The lack of transparency, failure to deliver, and prolonged delays raise serious concerns about the legitimacy of their operations. In my view, the company’s behavior reflects practices that could be perceived as misleading or fraudulent, and I strongly advise others to exercise caution before doing business with them.

ordered a controller december of 2023 for my boyfriend…it’s 2026. they delete comments on their ig and don’t reply to dms or emails. scam. do not buy. please shut this business down

Do not waste your time or money. I don't know how he still has his business. Paid for a "pre made" translucent controller. Waited 2.5 weeks for a controller that should have shipped in 1-2 days. As soon as I did a chargeback on the credit card he sends a tracking number but it was a fake tracking number and then he sent me a message asking for more money to cover the shipping for the order again... No one on reddit has received a controller from him. Been following him for a long time, thought I was supporting a small business but he's not legit.

No answers from them after 2 month.
I would not buy from them! Be careful. I hope I'll get my money back from my bank.

I purchased a controller in February 2023 its not november 2025 with no product and have been completely blocked from contacting them complete scammers disgusting humans

I would give them zero Stars. I ordered over a year ago. I have been trying to get contact with them for months on end left my contact info. They quit emailing me about updates. Absolutely do not buy from them! I'm out $400 from a custom order.

Placed an order on 8 Nov 2024 and it is now 24 October 2025 and still haven’t received it

I have followed up multiple times via email and called (using my international minutes) only to have the phone ring and ring out or not ring at all

SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! I ordered a controller 2 years ago in 2023 and spent about $250. I have been contacting them for the past 2 years and I never recieved anything. They tell you a bunch of bs and never refund ur money. Buy from Modded zone they have dope controllers that only take a month max to come in.

I really did not want to leave a bad review but I have been waiting since may11 I have email them message them on instagram fir 4 months not 1 response of update and called several times , now seeing all the reviews of the same issue I will be getting a lawyer involved if I don’t get my stuff back that I paid for if I can’t get contacted back I will remove the review if someone responded back order number 8913

Build has been in “QC” phase for over a year. 1 response received after several emails and chats. No updates. No product. No response.

I’ve literally been waiting on a controller I ordered Christmas of 2023 it’s not august 2025 I’ve called them they put me on hold for 40 mins and hung up. I’ve called back it would just stay on hold this place are scum of dirt you can’t go to the banks after a long time it’s outrageous I can’t believe these people anybody want to make a trip to VA

Ordered a custom controller back in november 2023. Currently it is August 2025 and I still didn’t receive anything.

On [31/7/2024], I ordered a custom PS5 controller from LaZa Modz through their official website (lazamodz.com). I paid the full amount in advance. According to their stated policy at the time, the item should have been delivered within 2 months

It has now been more than one year now since I placed my order. Despite multiple attempts to contact the company via email, social media, and their website contact form, I have not received any product or meaningful updates. On several occasions, my inquiries were ignored.

Based on numerous online complaints and reviews from other customers, it appears that LaZa Modz is engaging in a consistent pattern of accepting payments and failing to deliver products, which constitutes deceptive and fraudulent business practices.

I am requesting the following:

1. A full refund of the amount paid.

2. An investigation into LaZa Modz’s business practices.

3. Appropriate legal or consumer protection actions to prevent further harm to other consumers.

BIG SCAM!!!!!
I ordered 2 Controllers in November 2023 and still dont get them.
I asked them on Insta for Updates and every Time it was in the final stage .. until now they didnt even respond anymore.

I placed an order in October 2024 and never received my controller. They say it can take 20+ weeks to get your order but it's been well over 30 weeks now and they never respond to any emails you send or give you any updates. I've sent them multiple dm's on Instagram to try and get an update and they never respond. I just commented on one their posts that I never received my order, and they blocked me so now I can't even see their Instagram page anymore. No communication, no updates, and they just straight up block you and delete your comments if you ask about an order that I paid over $220 for and never received it. And it was supposed to be a gift for my wife. Just completely unprofessional as a business.

I placed an order for a controller in September of 2023. $190 charged to my account. I'm an extremely patient person but every update took over a month to proceed to the next phase. By May of 2024 I had an update that my controller was in the testing phase. It's now an entire year later and nothing has changed. After numerous attempts of trying to contact customer service, they have not responded. They immediately blocked me on Instagram when I simply asked who I need to contact about a late order. With no controller in hand after over a year and a half, I can only assume I got scammed out of nearly $200.

I placed 3 different orders in April and have received them all. It's a shame competitors and other fake people come to this site to bash this company.
For god's sake people, send them an email they will reply. Call them, they will answer. They literally have their address linked on their website. If you are reading this, use your head. Why would a company offer so many avenues to contact them AND give their address publicly if they were trying to scam people? It doesn't make sense...

I'll be called fake, an employee, owner, ect... for this review but after my experience and speaking to the actual owner of the company I feel like its the least I can do to try and dispel all of the fake reviews I see here and on reddit. (It's all the same account and user from NC) look into it, the same person is set to try and make people question this 20 year old business. It's a shame and these bad actors should be ashamed too.

Cheers to the Owner and Staff of LaZa. Keep your heads up gents there are more quiet satisfied customers than the loud minority. My order numbers are 8809 8846 and 8869. that means there are at least 8,800 (Eight Thousand Eight Hundred) satisfied customers and 21 "dissatisfied" ones... I'll take my chances with those odds......

I sent in my duel sense edge controller for it to get customized and the shipping said 2-3 weeks but it ended up being 2 years basically from October 2023 it’s crazy cause really they just took my ps5 pro controller, they don’t answer anymore of my emails or insta DMs only once they said check the status on the website, and they also added an extra step to my Oder progress now I know Im never getting it

Seems like a theme here. Waiting on two orders form these guys. One from Nov 2023, another from Feb 2024. Emailed twice and sent a DM on Instagram with no reply (although they seem to have time to post videos). Gutted as they started off so great. Sent them a message before I bought with a couple custom adjustments and they replied straight away. I feel bad posting a review but with no customer service and waiting well over a year there's little other recourse. Bought a similar controller from XLTeam on Etsy and arrived within 6 weeks, great quality and works great. I'd suggest doing that unless these guys sort things out.
