LBJ Watches Reviews

I bought my wife a watch from the guys at LBJ watches. From start to receiving the watch they have been great.
When the watch arrived it was exactly as described. Very happy wife.
Many thanks Pat

Bought a watch from Harrison and LBJ last week and it was a fantastic experience. Very nice office, akin to that of an AD which was nice. I think it’s important to get that feeling when buying an expensive timepiece. Harrison wasn’t pushy at all and offered a very fair price on my part ex. Walked away a very happy customer and will certainly be back!

Cheers!

Made contact with Luke via the website on Monday to enquire about a Rolex Datejust 36 MOP for my wife...followed up with a video presentation that same morning and concluded the purchase.....included Luke buying in my wife's 23 year old Rolex for a very fair price. We called at the showroom today (2/10) to collect the new watch. Luke was highly professional, knowledgeable and very passionate about watches...his customer service was also 1st class and was happy to put us at ease.....highly recommended

Excellent service.

Great service from Harvey, transparent and responsive, happy to accommodate requests for pictures and more information. Very patient and professional. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and use again.

After much deliberation and trying to find the exact model from a main rolex dealer I'd just about given up, i decided to broaden my scope to jewelers "so glad I did" after speaking to Luke about the model they had in stock "registered 5 days before I bought it" we agreed a price. Harrison called me straight back "at my request" the transaction was as smooth as silk, the watch arrived today 30/9/25 and it's fantastic exactly as described, i cannot rate them high enough, honest, professional and at fair price.

Enquired to sell my rolex. Had very quick response good price and appointment made straight away. Upon arrival everything was smooth and safe. Highly recommend to sell your watch and jewellery to these boys. Lukes the man.

From my first email to the phone call i had with Luke, to the collection of the watch all was very professional and really helped me in the purchase of my first Rolex. Thank you to the team at LBJ Watches.
would highly recommended.

Harvey was very professional, really attentive and done everything to make the deal happen, true salesman who is keen for business and I will definitely buy my next watch from him.

My first time trading a watch in London and had a wonderful experience dealing with Luke and the team at LBJ. They are highly knowledgeable about watches, and extremely professional. Kept me fully informed from the time i expressed interest till i collected the watch from their store.

I cant recommend them enough and will definitely be going back for my next watch.

Dealing with Luke and the Team was a pleasurable experience rather than just a transaction. Luke’s knowledge is incredible, as is his willingness to inform and educate. Great service and I will be back.

Well done Luke and Team, top notch 👍🏻

LBJ what can I say - a wonderful experience from my initial enquiry to the arrival of my new watch.

Harrison was always professional and polite, so knowledgable and clearly loves his job, truly wonderful support, through out the purchase process, and after delivery.

I recently sold my Rolex to LBJ Watches and dealt directly with Luke, and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the very first conversation, Luke was professional, transparent, and easy to deal with. He took the time to explain the process clearly, gave me a fair valuation straight away, and there was absolutely no pressure at any stage.

The whole transaction was smooth, honest, and efficient — exactly what you want when selling a luxury watch. Payment was made instantly once the deal was agreed, which gave me complete peace of mind.

If you’re considering selling a Rolex or any luxury watch, I’d strongly recommend speaking to Luke at LBJ Watches. A genuinely trustworthy dealer who makes the experience simple and stress-free.

The team were very helpful and explained all the details in relation to the watch I was about to purchase. I ordered the watch it came exactly how it was advertised. And delivery was spot on. I called the team once I received the watch just to ask a question and they again answered without delay. I would certainly recommend this company based on my experience with them and would use them again in the future

After getting low-balled by so many London watch dealers, I came across Harrison at LBJ Watches and the difference was night and day. He was upfront, professional, and secured me a far better price than anyone else had offered. The process was quick, transparent, and hassle-free, exactly what you want when selling watches. Harrison has definitely earned my trust, and I’ll be going back to him in the future.

Outstanding Service – Truly 6 Stars!

I recently purchased a Rolex Datejust from LBJ Watches, and the whole experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I made my enquiry through to collection, Harrison was professional, transparent, and genuinely passionate about what he does.

The watch was exactly as described — immaculate condition with box and papers, and the serial number matching perfectly. Harrison also went the extra mile by promptly providing me with the Watch Register certificate and warranty paperwork, giving me complete peace of mind.

What impressed me most was the personal touch: no pressure, clear communication, and a willingness to answer all my questions. The transaction was smooth, efficient, and left me feeling like a truly valued customer.

If I could give 6 stars, I would. LBJ Watches — and Harrison in particular — have set the standard for trust, professionalism, and customer care in Hatton Garden. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will definitely return for future purchases.

Met with Luke and Harrison for the second time yesterday, made the whole purchasing experience a joy. Knowledgeable, pleasant and a very relaxed vibe with no pressure to purchase. Will certainly be returning again. Keep up the great work guys.

Best wishes
Tim

Exceptional service, I highly recommend LBJ watches if you are looking to purchase a luxury watch. Luke was fantastic, he sourced the watch I had been on endless jewellers waiting lists for, within a matter of weeks. Once payment was received my watch was sized and dispatched to me within a few days. I am truly delighted with my new watch it’s perfect, thanks so much to Luke and the team.

I am a first time Rolex buyer and have been to a few shops and dealers and didn't realise how hard it would be to find the watch that I wanted. Luke at LBJ managed to source the perfect watch for me and then I visited the office to view it and Harrison looked after me. Harrison made me feel at ease and there was no pressure at all on the purchase. Very happy to recommend LBJ and both Luke and Harrison have been fantastic. I will definitely use them again.

After accepting my offer the process of buying it was very simple and straightforward. Everything was explained very clearly and communicated very well.It arrived on time and was exactly as described. I'd been wanting one for a long time. I would definitely use LBJ watches again.
