I rarely ever leave reviews, but I was planning to when I received this beautiful jacket. Everything about my experience reflected the luxury of your products. The jacket itself is beautiful, but it was also packed so well and the free gift was really such a nice touch - and, again, reflective of a luxury product. It made me a customer for life.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about L Cuppini and the way they truly stand behind their products.

I ordered one of their jackets and immediately fell in love with the quality. The craftsmanship, the feel of the fabric, and the overall design are absolutely beautiful. You can tell that great care goes into every detail. I had only worn it a few times when I wore it to my daughter’s school. Unfortunately, a name tag was placed on the jacket, and when I removed it, it lifted some of the color from the fabric. I was heartbroken.

I reached out to the company simply asking if they could repair it — and I fully expected to pay for the service. To my complete surprise, they responded with kindness and generosity, offering to replace the jacket at no charge. That level of customer care far exceeded my expectations and speaks volumes about their integrity as a company.

Just received my Becky jacket in tan suede. The color and quality are both exceptional. The fit is true to size and a bit cropped, which is perfect with jeans. Can’t wait for warmer weather to wear this beauty!

I had high hopes for this brand. It‘s so hyped by influencers. The price is not appropriate for what it actually delivers. Dont get me wrong the cut and look of that suede jacket is amazing - but the quality is absolutely average and not worth 800EUR (bought at sale even discounted). Cheap zips and buttons - these are the small details that matter when it comes to a high quality brand. These zips and buttons could be Mango or Zara and I would‘ve paid 200EUR. Quite disappointing. Also a very cheap garment bag. At that pricing range i expect more. Also, they dont accept returns bought on sale…an email i have received with that information, after i have done the purchase without knowing they didnt accept returns during sale. Great info that would have been useful prior my purchase.

I’ve bee the biggest fan of this brand, way before they expand their team and open their store in Chelsea. I admired her products and recommended to many of my friends, as you would pay for a premium product with a fraction of price. Beautiful, timeless products that you can easily pass them on to your daughter and keep them for generations. I particularly love their sample sale when you can purchase so many lovely products way more cheaper. I wish they could save their store in Chelsea and I hope they will open one very soon

I absolutely love Lcuppini. Their pieces are so stylish, timeless, and flattering, and the quality is amazing. I currently own 6 coats or more, and every single one feels like a statement piece while still being so wearable. The fit, the details, and the overall look are just perfection. If you want outerwear that instantly makes you feel put together, this is it.

The ordering process was flawless and the item arrived very fast. This was a gift for my girlfriend and she was absolutely delighted by the good quality and finishing! She order items from Cuppini quite regularly, so it was a delight to surprise her with a luxury cardigan.

I own now 4 coats from L. Cuppini and I am very happy with the items. Beautiful quality. I am sure I will order again. I am very happy the custom duty to the EU are now covered, so you don't have to worry about extra costs. I did need the customer service a few times but they helped me out very well.

I'll be honest and say I was very wary of L Cuppini for over a year. I had been targeted by frequent ads on Facebook and similar looking companies advertising luxurious coats had, on investigation, turned out to be scams. It wasn't until a youtuber - Leonora Smee - joined forces with them that I thought that they might be legit and then there were some other films on YT showing people visiting the London store. These gave me the confidence to order the Elise parka.
It arrived promptly via DHL, with regular tracking updates and beautifully packaged, including its own storage bag. The coat is absolutely perfect - exactly as shown and hoped for and gorgeously soft, warm, light and luxurious. It is, without doubt, the nicest coat I have ever owned!

I‘m very satisfied with the purchase, I’ve bought two suede jackets and both of them are amazing, incredible suede quality, magnificent colors and perfect and very comfortable fit. The delivery was also really fast. And nice compliment and gift, which arrived together with my order, made totally good experience and of course sweet impression.
