Great experience. Vehicle was modern and in good condition, communication was very clear and pickup and drop off were exactly when arranged. Would definitely recommend.

Rented two vehicles and received top notch service from Nadeem including accommodating a last minute booking modification.

Good communication, prompt delivery and collection, very polite. Can’t fault the service.

The vehicle we hired was fine with no problems. However we had a few communication problems with business which resulted in some problems. For example we advise that we were taking the car to Europe. When we receive the car there was no uk sticker or Euro kit. If they had advise that this wouldn’t be supplied we could have bought the items earlier saving money and time. Additionally, regarding the registration of the vehicle, we only knew the actual number plate just days before our trip after we asked so many times and ended up with 8 years old vehicle. If we know this earlier, we can buy the eurotunnel train tickets earlier and avoid paying more on late purchase.

We have been using LDN's minibus for nearly a week and will continue to do so for the rest of our vacation. LDN people are young but very polite and professional. They rented us a clean and very well maintained vehicle. One of the company owners personally called us twice to check if we are fine or needed more services. LDN left nothing to be desired except for a good navigation system which I think should be fitted on all their minibuses.
Their rates are very reasonable and we will definitely recommend the services of these keen and conscientious young men to our friends back at home.

Nadeem from LDN was great to work with! He communicated with me every step of the way. There were no surprises and everything was clearly explained. Other parts of planning for my large group were a headache, but not this van rental! We traveled to London from Boston and spent 10 days road tripping around the UK. LDN had the 15 passenger van ready for us when our plane landed at Heathrow. We looked over the van, e-signed the documents on our phone, and got the keys. At the end of our trip LDN met us at our hotel to pick up the van. Could not have been easier or more convenient, and we really appreciated how hassle free and professional everything was. My only criticism would be that the cleaning product used on the van left the petals and steps a little slippery; but you cant really fault the van for being too clean LOL!

Very bad service, 2 guys they don't have any idea of the vehicle hiring and they do over charge. So please make sure not to go there at any cost, i had vey bad experience during my vehicle return and also charging unnecessary admin charges.

Absolute Top Class Company. Went on a trip to Europe and from the start to the end it was absolutely wonderful. The minibus was in immaculate condition. I will definitely use the company and also recommend my friend to use if they need to. Highly highly Recommended 👍👍👍👍

Terrible customer service team who ignore your phone calls if they get something wrong with your booking.

Hired a 16 passenger seater minibus this last week and it came filthy and seats were with stain marks and full of hair and dust. Unbelievable bad state.
Floor full of rubbish and we had to vaccum clean before use.
I have to arrange another vechicle to carry some passengers who refused to sit on these dirty seats.
Charged a weekend rate for a 70 miles use!
Sent email on Friday but no response and left a voicemail message no call back from them either
I am seeking compensation if not take a court action
This is not fair at all

3 times I have made reservations and nobody get back to me. What’s so frustrating is the first time I made reservations, it took them too long to get back to me until I booked to another company. The second time, again, nobody get back to me so I made numerous call to confirm my reservation and when I was ready to pay, the customer service told me he will get back to me as he need a different line to take payment, again, he never get back to me. And this last one, it’s the same thing, I only received a reservation email with no follow up for quotation and tried to call them after 24 hours of reservation and to no avail. I am not sure if this company is really legit or what. It’s really frustrating as it feels like you will never finish any booking with them!

Very disappointed with a service. Hired 17-Seater delivered on time. On arrival vehicle was so filthy. Contracted supplier BUDGET RENATL through delivery driver. BUDGET RENTAL was threatening us to accept the vehicle as it is because came back from pervious customer or return the vehicle back and loss my whole rental money. Finally, BUDEGT agree to pay for the valeting and refund the cost, confirmed by the Email. Now Budget confirmed LDN should refund cost of valeting. I contacted LDN and send three Emails regarding the refund so far, no responce. I am in the position now to issuse county court summons to recover the cost of Valeting. Further when we were in Scotland foot petrol police pointed to us about the FAULTY tyre. We contacted BUDGET RENTAL for replacement of the tyre. Budget rental refused and forced us to drive with faulty tyre. Now I am waiting for Budget CEO’S and LDN response before issuse county court summons.

I got in touch with ldn hire because i was going on a family holiday to cornwall from london and from the 1st phone call i had with ldn hire was perfect. The price was perfect in our budget the vehicle which was a 9 seater Mercedes was in excellent condition.the guys delivered the vehicle on time with no hassle and also picked it up when i asked them to get it.will definitely use this service again made our family holiday perfect to take in the sights of Cornwall.
