Excellent service from the guys at LDN hire.
We were recommended a 9 seater Mercedes Vito which was an excellent choice. The Vito met all our needs and considering we covered well over 1000 miles that weekend was well up for the task.
Excellent communications from the guys at LDN during lockdown and very flexible with date changes and additional dates required.

I made a reservation/booking on their website for a 17 seater minibus and no one even botherered to get in touch to say they gave away my reservation. Only days later when I called they said they've now got nothing, only giving two days notice before we were meant to travel.

It would of been good to know as soon as possible so I could have made other arrangements.

In the end we had to take 3 separate cars and cut two friends from our group.

When requiring a specific design of minibus for a film shoot on short notice, Nadeem and the LDN team proved extremely accommodating with our rapidly changing requests - and even our delivery/collection times. The vehicle itself was in good condition upon delivery, and ran well.

Very good customer service

I have been hiring mini buses from them for a while now, both for personal and business use. The service that I have received has always been fantastic! They are always eager to go above and beyond.

A very helpful company and I really appreciate them delivering the van and picking it up at my home address
The van itself was lovely and clean on delivery and the gentleman who delivered it to me was very helpful going through the basics controls of the van (a nine seater)
Loads of room in the van and plenty of room at the back for my golden retriever.

I have no hesitation to recommend LDN Hire to anyone I know. They do delivery and collect services, less hassle. The person who helped me booking was Nadeem. He was helpful and efficient. One of the reasons why I would book again is his great customer services. Thanks!

15 Seat Minibus Hire, They dropped the Minibus off to us at the airport at 22:30 at night and where very helpful will be using them again

I contacted LDN Hire on 20th May requesting information and availability of a 12-seater minibus. After some correspondence back and forth, I was informed there was no availability of a 12, but I could have a 15-seater. I was provided a special quote approved by the supervisor as it was for a charity event. On 29th May I confirmed I wished to go ahead with the booking and received a reply stating they needed to check availability. They also suddenly decided not to honour the approved quote. I was busy and stressed at work and eager to book the van so even though I was annoyed I accepted the amended quote. Two days later, having received no further reply, I sent a follow up email asking for confirmation. I was out of the country for the next few days and returned on Thursday 6th June when I was then able to call. The advisor I spoke to told me he needed to find out what was going on with my enquiry and promised to call back before the end of the day. I received no call and was out of the country from the following morning till 11th June. I called at 10am on 11th June and was told I would receive a call back in a couple of hours. When 4pm came around, I decided to call again; as it should not take 6 hours to confirm availability of a vehicle. Outrageously, I was in fact waiting 11 days for confirmation! After this phone call, where the advisor told me my booking was confirmed, I received an email saying there had been an error on the system and they didn’t have the 15-seater minibus available. Their response was to offer me a 17-seater vehicle at a higher price. I sent an email back expressing my frustrations and received a stream of nonsense excuses. One of which was stating the person who was originally dealing with my enquiry was away. They all use the same email so should’ve seen my follow ups. Also, what was their excuse for not returning my calls?? They offered me a £45 discount on their price for the 17-seater and a 25% discount off my next hire!? Would you even hire off them a first time after all of this?
The least they could have done for their mistake was offer the 17-seater at the price agreed for the 15-seater. Following this ordeal, I did not dare hire through them but was left 2 weeks to sort out an alternative. Luckily, I did find another company who were fantastic. As for LDN Hire; terrible service, awful communication, a huge inconvenience caused. Do not use.
