Misuse of credit card information by Learnformula (CPD)
A couple of years ago I paid for an annual subscription with my credit card. I cancelled the subscription at the end of the year but of course Learnformula retained my credit card information. A couple of years later I noticed a charge on my Visa statement from Learnformula (CPD) for a course that I did not purchase (and had no interest in). Learnformula (CPD) had used my credit card information to charge me for a course that I did not want and did not purchase. They were less than helpful when I asked that they reverse the charge and were not able to provide any proof of purchase. I would be cautious about giving Learnformula any payment information as they appear to be an untrustworthy vendor.

The LearnFormula package I purchased was not as represented.
The LearnFormula sold me a package for Continuing Legal Education to earn credits for my annual CLE requirements. After I had completed the package, they sent me an email advising me that half of their courses were not certified/qualified for CLE credits. I had spent some 8 hours sitting through courses that did not qualify. I requested a refund - as I lost all confidence in LearnFormula and would not have purchased their package had I known the courses were as represented. LearnFormula is offering me more courses. They can't "refund my time" - as that is lost. But they should not profit by selling something that was not as represented. An ethical company would apologize for their mistake and refund the money that was paid. That is not the course LearnFormula is taking.

Nothing but spam - is this even legal?
As the one other review says - no value offered, just collecting emails en mass and pumping them full of useless garbage. Use a burner if you want to have a look around, but I'd suggest you save yourself the time.
