Learning Roots Reviews

I bought the big bundle with all the items to get started. The product is great! Kids love it. But only reason giving 4 star is their customer service is barely there. I emailed when i had a delivery trouble, i never received a reply upto this day.

Its a very basic Kiitab device for the price they are offering. It has become a business to create one of marketing product and just benefit from it without an app, without support without FAQ and without enhanced functionalities.
Above is my initial review, I then received the comment below! Basically the app thats being mentioned means paying extra on top of initial £112 for kiitab! Being a Muslim you ar exist ripping off your fellow brothers and sisters. Why an app didnt come free with the pen?

Again the below reply has been edited and I am being pushed to take their 7 days free trial! My original question has not been answered that spending £112 on a pen that has been designed once, and company is getting tremendous profit on the name of deen! Why they couldn't work on developing such an app once that goes with the pen? Why do we need to go and purchase again to fill the pockets of so called people involved in deen? There is a Quran pen on amazon with sahih Hadith and entire Quran for £45 on amazon! Whats the difference between that and you? The continous support is nothing but ser of FAQs and email replying back with same answers. I reduced my initial rating from 2 stars to 1 star due to these pathetic replies

We have purchased many children’s books from
Learning Roots. Our son is three and has Autism. The books are so beautifully illustrated and so thoughtfully written. They are all age appropriate and meaningful. My son has photographically memorised ‘Allah is so kind to me’ and ‘Allah sees you and me’ and these have become
his favourite books. Such an amazing company for inspiring the Deen in the hearts of our children from as young as the early years of life. Thank you Learning Roots! May Allah reward all of your efforts, Ameen.

Pleased with quality of product. Delivered in a timely manner.

Superb, worth a buy !

Love these books. So informative and great for the kids

Love , love, love Learning Roots! Their publications and games have kept my children (and me!) informed, educated and entertained for the last 7 years. From the Kiitab pen to the puzzles to the more recent Sahaba stories and longer form biographies- the range and quality of products is outstanding. The customer service is wonderful. Prices are fair for the brilliant high end look and feel of products. Could not recommend them highly enough- often use Learning Roots as a go-to for gift products- you can not go wrong!

Kids are in love with all the books from learning roots that they got for Eid. The illustrations are eye catching. The story’s are so easy to understand. My 7 year old just read through the stories of the prophets once and remembers nearly all the prophet names! I’m so happy. I wish I had books like these growing up as I’m learning too! I pray learning roots continue to produce beautiful books like this as your efforts have made a difference. I had previously got other books but they were too many words and my younger kids would fall asleep so I’ve kept them aside for when they are older and can read!

Brought the Kittab Pen to my children and I feel they enjoy it more thank going to a madrasah. The delivery was quick and simple and had no issues with company . Will buy from them again

Quick delivery.. I am impressed with the kitab pen n qaida book n juz amma.. hoping my son will learn from it in shaa Allah n will make a gud start before Madrassa.. we loved the book about miracles of the prophets.. only downside is that it is very pricey.. a shame as I want all the books for him! They r not available in libraries or used.

A beautiful read for my kids aged 3 and 6. I have struggled to find a book that is eye catching and tells our stories but these books has done so beautifully, with gorgeous drawings and attention to detail.
Simpply put I would recommend this to every mother trying to tell our islam stories to her curious kids!

I ordered online, easy and simple to do. I was kept updated with my order processing, dispatch and delivery. Books arrived very promptly and better than I expected. My children were very happy with them. I would love to see more books added to the stock list.

Mashallah, products are fantastic and really helpful for the islamic education of my child, i definitely recommend the Full Kiitab Bundle, it has premium products with the magic Kiitab pen which talks and plays games and this helps kids to learn fast, and especially learn the right spelling. thank you LearningRoots for these premium quality products.

The BEST customer service, I have ever had (this is despite working in customer service for 2 decades myself). Unaysah was extremely helpful, when my pen broke down, she also proactively chased me up, to makesure I sent it for repair in time, truly cared and check in with me afterwards, sorted the issue and made everything so easy. May Allah BLESS learning roots, they are such an ethical, sincere company to their clients and I cannot recommend them enough.

This is my second time I have purchased the kitaab I was skeptical because of the price initially but honestly it is one of the best investment I have made. My kids love it and find it fun to follow

I ordered the Sultan Cards for the kids, brilliant they loved it.

Bought one of their new baby books which was absolutely awful. The book barely had any meaning, couldn't open the flaps and generally not worth the money. I asked for a refund in which they wanted me to pay for the return postage (which cost me £5). I told them about this and they simply ignored it and went on and returned the book cost of £8! They didn't even return the postage cost I paid initially never mind the review. Really poor at communicating and from all baby books I've seen - they are quite poor. They are marketed extremely well and maybe other products are great but for baby books stay away!

Great items, great customer service.

Excellent as always.

i just ordered the Miracles of the Prophets and I absolutely love it. It is so beautifully written and my kids enjoy it so much, the colourful pages the big highlighted words and the characters telling the stories! Such a beautiful way to introduce our kids to the Prophets and tell their stories!
