This is one of the best gifts I’ve received. Nothing better than finding your parcel and the anticipation of what’s inside. Would thoroughly recommend.

Subscription bought for a friend's birthday and each parcel was thoughtfully put together. Slight issue with delivery provider not being able to add correct post code but apart from that, would recommend as a gifting experience.

Fantastic customer service, ive been a bit of a pain in the butt with questions and mistakes ordering and they answered everything quickly and professionally and sorted out my address error. Delivery was prompt. 4 stars as the subscription was a gift so can't comment on book selection etc, but ive heard no complaints and recipient looked thrilled when I mentioned it was a monthly delivery.

I look forward to my delivery every month. And the coffee and biscuits are a lovely treat

A lovely Christmas present for my cousin, living overseas. Everything from customer service, to book (and drink) selection and delivery from perfectly done. Highly recommend!

I ordered deliveries for my 2yo Great-Niece and it has been a great success. The choices have been very popular, and the little extras make it special. Her mum sends me photos of her daughter sitting reading her book ' for the twentieth time'. I got an initial 6 months but will renew as the gift has been so successful. A few queries were dealt with by customer service satisfactorily.

Unable to contact them. Don’t call back or respond to emails.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased six months worth for my grandad, who has recently lost my grandmother, as something thoughtful to cheer him up.

Unfortunately, they have since taken a further payment from me that I did not authorise. I have repeatedly contacted them asking them to stop sending the products, yet they have continued to send them.

I have sent multiple emails and chasers and have received no response. I’ve also called several times, only to be sent to voicemail, and even when I leave a voicemail, nobody gets back to me.

This has now put me in financial difficulty, and despite making numerous attempts to resolve this, I am being completely ignored. I simply want the unauthorised payment refunded and for the deliveries and payments to stop.

Really disappointing, especially considering this started as a gift intended to cheer my grandad up. I would strongly urge the company to improve its customer service and actually respond to customers when they have an issue.

Generally the items were delivered correctly and on time. However I specified red wine and fantasy/sci-finbooks. The first wine was white and the last book is a paranormal thriller. The chocolates are very small. Overall we we got what was paid for but it was not as good as hoped.

I look forward to my package every month! Love the books and the drinks and small treats.

Excellent product, customer service and opened my partner up some books she would never have read but really enjoyed.

I had to call the company again because of a recurring issue. The tracking number supplied for my daughter’s dispatch was for the June book not the July so we couldn’t track it. This isn’t the first time this has happened.
It’s a shame because I’ve been using this subscription since 2022 for my daughter.
Apparently the ‘system ‘autofills the orders which is why the books haven’t been dispatched and incorrect information has been sent.
The communication wasn’t great. A one line communication with a few words.
I appreciate that this is a small company and that’s the only reason I haven’t left yet.
I try to support small businesses, I will review the subscription at the next renewal.

You are clearly not reading my review thoroughly. yes the packers are human which is why the first instance i appreciated the apology, eventual reply and tote bag. however the very next month only half of my order arrived. no aknowledgment of an error, no apology that something had gone wrong again. just "its on its way now"

I have been a subscriber for a long time now. I was extremely satisfied at first, however the past 3 orders not so much. The biscuits are always smashed to smitherines making them suitable for nothing except cheesecake bases. My daughter has received the same book twice in consecutive months. The month after they completely forgot to send the order, they got back to me after two chase emails and we finally received it almost a month after the payment was taken, as an apology they sent a free tote. This month they sent only one of my childrens books, we didnt know until they excitedly opened the box and paper and there was only one parcel contents inside, not a nice situation with children of any age, much harder when they are 4 and 5 and love their books. When I chased up the missing item, I did get a reply, but no apology, just a message stating the missing item had been sent out. I will be cancelling and instead taking my children to the bookshop to pick their own. It is such a shame as my children and I loved the surprise. Maybe they now have too much business to cope. I used to promote them at the school as I am on the PTA, I have since diverted people away with the reasons why. I will not get behind a company I do not believe in myself.

I am a bit disappointed ☹️ I made a subscription for my 2 and half years old son the first two months got so so books but books like robbery and scary monsters are too much for me 🥴 , but the third month I was forgotten. It passed 3 days and I email them because I didn’t receive the monthly books. I got quick response with apologies but I was send books white and black which are suitable for babies not for 2 and half years old kids. The next month I was send a book which is more suitable for one year old kids with Italian and English language. We don’t speak and not understand Italian language and we find it a bit waste of money this subscription. To be honest I was expected a bit better books .

I bought a 3 month subscription for my friend she has absolutely loved receiving her books and says they were really presented well
