A lovely gift idea. I chose best sellers for my books. They were titles that I probably wouldn’t have selected for myself but I have thoroughly enjoyed them all. All were completely different in style which was great. Good biscuits too!

I am very satisfied with the book, biscuits and coffee. I was particularly pleased with the coffee because last time you sent instant coffee which I really don’t like. I do have a problem with the Yodel delivery. Yet again I had no warning of the delivery, but I was in when it must have been made. There was no knock on the door, and I found the box on my doorstep the next morning somewhat damp, but fortunately the goods weren’t damaged.

This subscription was a gift, it arrived on time and was really appreciated.

Super fast delivery, the books are always top quality and the tea & buscuits make it a top treat to look forward to.

I gifted a 3 month subscription to a good friend for her birthday. Delivery has always been on time. Parcels have been left safely at her home. The book choices have pleased her and the tea and biscuits just made the parcel that little bit more special. This is my second purchase and would definitely use again.

What a lovely club, I cant wait for each book to arrive as I know I wont have read them and of course the hot chocolate and biscuits. Another lovely touch is the book mark and postcard
I wish I'd discovered it earlier!

This was a gift for my wife, who runs a blog called "Always with a Book." She reads +/- 300 books a year and receives ~ 300-400 a year from publishers as an influencer. We've received 4 months of books on the annual subscription from TTBS, and none are duplicates to what she has gotten, she's reading them all (or planning to - they are in queue) and happy with it all. Very well curated and thought out. A++++++++++++++++++++++++++ highly recommended.

I love the idea of the company and applaud their success, but I'm currently in month 5 of a 'Historical fiction' subscription with them and it would be better if the named it "historical fantasy." I was expecting books similar to Ken Follett or Robert Seethaler, but am getting stuff closer to A Song of Ice and Fire, or Tolkein. The wine has always been nice though.

Final thought is that they've just sent the same novel for a second time, so five months, five bottles of wine, but four novels.

If someone could get in touch on how I can request for a change of subscription that would be great, but I can't figure out how to do it on their site. Cheers.

I bought this for my daughter and she absolutely loves getting them every month. She is in the process of moving and changing the address where the books would be delivered was so simple.

Bought a subscription as a gift. The package was delivered to the wrong address. Yodel were rubbish. So contacted these who don’t hesitate to get another package sent straight out. Someone handed it to us luckily so they didn’t need to but that’s the sort of customer service I expect if I want to keep using a company

I love the idea of sending interesting old books to a friend but unfortunately, having received 3 of 12 books she has complained that 2 of the books have been very dirty - one had a viscous substance on the cover and another a patina of dirt ingrained into the cover. Nobody minds the antiquated charm of an old book - yellowed pages and the odd rip but why are you sending out books unchecked and dirty? She was thrilled by the first book and now wary of opening the others

Great pick of books. Biscuits are perhaps a bit pedestrian (but not enough to downgrade score). Well packaged. Highly recommended. Look forward to each delivery.

Had the box as a gift initially and loved it, nice to have a surprise and a cozy treat arrive in the post. Recently then ordered a box as a gift for a friend, who told me they loved it too. I had put the wrong delivery address by accident but customer service sorted it within 24 hours so the parcel arrived to the right place and on time. Really pleased!

Absolutely awful service/product - I subscribed to a 3 month book subscription for a present.
We have only received one of the three deliveries started in January. I have emailed & had no response.
AND then was sent a 'rate us' email, stating we have received our orders, which we haven't!!

A very disappointing experience, I hope this gets sorted ASAP, cannot just take money and not provide a product!!

Great value and great for getting to read things you might not usually pick up, to discover great new reads. Snack and drink along with the book, bookmark and post card is great value for subscription price. I look forward to receiving my box every month, highly recommend
