Don't pay them first. There are thousands of recruiters who will guide you better than these people. According to UAE law any person taking payment for a job is illegal so don't pay initially. Pay only commission based or part by part. I waste my hard earned money €350 gone down the drain. All empty promises nothing concrete. Don't trust their sales team they will offer you stars and miracles which they themselves can't achieve.

I am writing this to warn others about "Learn with Faiz." My experience has been a series of broken promises and security red flags:

Failure to Deliver: I paid for 150 job applications, but they stopped at 85 and claimed my "package ended." That is nearly 50% of the service left unfulfilled.

Extreme Delays: A profile setup they promised would take 5 days actually took 60 days.

Constant Excuses: I dealt with 6 different instances of staff being "on leave" or "unavailable," leading to months of zero progress.

Security Red Flag: Their staff (Jannat Shahina) repeatedly asked for my private Gmail OTP/verification codes to access my personal accounts. This is highly unprofessional and a major security risk.

False Marketing: They promise "Internal Referrals," but every application they made was just on public portals that I could have done myself.

Despite sending a final notice to Zaid and the management team, they have ignored my refund request. I have now filed official complaints with Dubai eCrime and Dubai Economy (DET). Save your money and your data—avoid this service.

I joined this job assistance program and paid 700 AED, but the service has been extremely disappointing. They are not proactively applying for jobs as promised. Every time I have to follow up and ask them to take action, and even then there is little progress.
This is not what I expected from a paid job assistance service. Communication and support are very weak, and there is no clear tracking or updates provided.
I would not recommend this program based on my experience.

Please stop uploading promotional videos and posts on Instagram. They influence many people and create false expectations. The dreams being sold are misleading, and the guarantees, awards, and claims shared are not genuine.

I paid nearly ₹30,000, earned through my hard work, for your internship/services and feel completely scammed. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have neither received a job nor any refund.

I was assigned two coordinators, Ausaf and Hassan. From the beginning, there was no job guarantee, only false promises. I had to follow up every day, yet there was no proper response or accountability.

In reality, the service only provided AI-generated resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn content, which are easily available and can be created independently. These services added no real value.

This agency and its coordinators wasted both my money and my time. I strongly advise others to be cautious and not fall into similar traps.

If there is even a small sense of responsibility towards customers, I request a refund of the amount paid. Honest hard-earned money should not be taken through misleading promises.

I'll be honest before taking Learn With Faiz, I read a few negative reviews on Trustpilot. Because of that, I avoided the service for almost a month.
But when I really needed help and had no other option, I just trusted God and went ahead with it.
Turns out, it was actually worth it. The guidance was practical, clear and came at the right for me. Sometimes you just need the right help at the right moment.

Do not fall for his so-called job assistance program. It is a complete scam.
I trusted him once, hoping for a job in the UAE, and that was my biggest mistake. He took the full amount and delivered absolutely nothing. No job, no support, no accountability — just lies and false promises.
I didn’t pay for a service; I got robbed. Learn from my mistake and stay away from this fraud.

They are big fraudulent. please don't fall in to their trap. they are not at all knowledgeable and efficient people. they don't give physical address to people and they never show their face to them. I vent to their office in SPC free zone. everybody were telling me that there is no such agency registered there.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by LearnWithFaiz. After taking their job-assistance package for Dubai, I expected at least genuine effort, guidance, and professional support. Instead, the CV they created for me was nothing more than a copy-paste template from ChatGPT with minimal customization.

There was no personalisation, no real value, and certainly nothing that reflects the expertise they claim to have. The entire service was very slow, communication was poor, and even after multiple follow-ups, nothing improved.

They clearly mention “no job guarantee” and “no refunds,” but the least they should do is deliver proper service, put effort into the CV, and provide actual support — which they did not.

I do not recommend this service to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money.

They are very unprofessional. I check my job portal from which they were applying jobs, they were using someone else CV on my profile. Please dont get trapped in this, they charged 55k for nothing.

I would like to share my personal experience with Faiz Alam "LEARN WITH FAIZ"and his team. Based on my interactions, I did not receive the services I was expecting false promising unprofessional staff which doesn't know anything. Communication was mostly limited to WhatsApp, and I was unable to verify any physical office or reach them through direct calls. I also did not receive timely updates or professional follow-ups regarding the work that was supposed to be done.

I am sharing this solely to inform others to be cautious and to carefully verify all details before proceeding with any service provider.

It has been more than 2 months no progress only drama game is going on. Report him and whole team if you have face the same and be alert please dont trust this FAIZ ALAM he wants to be famous by giving false stories and false story telling.

don't even approach this people for anything. They will fool you will all the sweet talks. rather use Chat gpt for jobs and suggestions. I swear you'll save a lot of money.

Shockingly slow and bad. Promises not kept. Very slow in response or NO response.

Everything changed after the payment. I had to keep reminding them about my services. Spent 1000 AED, I was promised CV distribution, job applications and emailing to HRs accross UAE. 3 weeks jave passed and I just got CV, Cover Letter and Linked In Optimization Suggestions.

Get CV, Cover Letter from them. They're good at it.

But every other service, god knows if they actually exist or not. For after 3 weeks I got nothing. Followed Fiaz for his amazing videos, trusted him and regretting it now.

The website proclaims to provide a wide range of services but in reality they don't deliver even 50% properly.

My experience with Learn with Faiz was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. They charged me 1000 AED for just one CV, which is completely unreasonable. Before payment, they assured me that they had a strong HR network and would support me in job applications. But after the payment, their attitude changed completely — I had to literally beg for a single reply.

Instead of genuine support, they applied randomly without any proper follow-up. The process was careless, and I felt completely scammed. In particular, Alina Mahtab gave me false hopes and misled me throughout the process, which made the entire experience very frustrating.

As someone from Nepal, I trusted their service in good faith, but I feel cheated. I am even considering taking legal action because such practices are unfair and exploit vulnerable job seekers.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this service. Transparency, honesty, and professionalism were completely missing in my case

So, their Instagram page looks pretty attractive, and Faiz seems very talented, but unfortunately, in real life, it's nothing like that. They have taken 1200aed. The package includes a CV, a cover Letter, a LinkedIn profile, and the ability to apply for jobs on your behalf.

The team is very unprofessional Every time you knock on them they keep on changing the people, If you want your money back they do not respond to you

NOTE: They lie about there physical office,
they do not have any physical office in Dubai or Sharjah. They are working digitally and every time you ask for Faiz they will tell you he is travelling so he is not available.

A big sober SCAMMER

This is hands down the WORST so-called “career support” service I’ve ever come across. LearnWithFaiz is a complete SCAM.
I paid £500 in good faith for job support, trusting their promises. What I got was absolute nonsense. They lied about everything – from job applications to communication. They didn’t follow my preferences, applied for irrelevant jobs, and did it way too late. No professionalism. No care. Just copy-paste junk.
But it gets worse – they asked for my LinkedIn login details (which now I regret massively), and within weeks my account was permanently BANNED for suspicious activity. That LinkedIn profile took years to build and they destroyed it with their careless, unethical behavior. No accountability. No refund. No responsibility.
They sell fake dreams, take your money, and leave you worse off than before. They’ve caused me serious damage professionally and financially. If you’re reading this, please stay far away from this company. Don’t fall for the slick words and fake reviews.

One of the worst experience as they have good amount of CV for ats friendly option however they do not have a good job team. Their jobs are random and cannot asses the profile. It is a scam. Please avoid

I am giving them 2 stars only for their CV, not even the cover letter they made, I am currently working with them, I registered in March 2025 and been in touch with them since Feb, they made many promises like having sessions with Faiz Alam and to start the job application process within 3 weeks, it is now been 2 months and they have done nothing apart from the CV and not so helpful cover letter. I am very disappointed in their slow service and everytime I bring it up they justify it by some staff not being available, or assigning me a new one and it just seems all fake. I even asked for my money back and they have no response for that, please note that they take full money upfront, and then you know the rest. Don't fall for it, their sales representative make a lot of promises but none are fulfilled.

I engaged LearnWithFaiz’s resume service and was extremely disappointed.
Despite promises of ATS-compliant and professional CVs, the final document was poorly structured, generic, and resulted in over 120+ job applications without a single interview call.
After a professional audit from an independent certified resume strategist, it was confirmed the resume would not pass basic ATS checks nor impress recruiters.
I raised my concerns and requested a refund, but no satisfactory response was received.
I would not recommend this service based on my experience.
