Not working not much follow-up and support
I feel it’s important to clarify why my experience with your service did not meet expectations.
1. Consultation Call
While the call may have lasted longer than booked, the key issue was not the length of time but the lack of ongoing support. Once the Market Map was delivered, despite multiple attempts to reach out. The service appeared to end immediately after delivery, which left me unsupported.
2.Expectation vs. Reality
While you emphasised ownership lies with the candidate after delivery, the way the service was marketed gave the impression of practical support and improved chances of securing interviews, not just an email directory and scripts. Without structured follow-up or meaningful engagement, the “support” felt very limited and far from the outcome implied during the consultation.
3.Future Clients
I understand you cannot guarantee interviews or job offers. However, what candidates reasonably expect when paying for such a service is real guidance, personalised follow-up, and a process that feels more consultative than transactional. In my experience, this was lacking.
To summarise, while you may have technically fulfilled the deliverables, the practical outcome and value were not there. That is why I cannot recommend the service based on my experience.
