I have been dealing with Atul who from the first call has gone way out of his way to help me pick my car thats on order, nothing has ever been to much to ask from him. He has always made phone calls to check in and give updates. Finally to anyone who is looking to use lease car direct I would highly recommend to friends and family. I’d been looking for a lease company for over a year but wasn’t really impressed with the customer service or the follow up on any enquires I had made until Harj from Lease Car Direct called me. He was so knowledgable, and I did not feel he was a pushy sales guy. He let me make my own decision, but gave me all the information I needed. He responded to my calls and was quick to reply whenever I needed to know anything. He made the decision making so easy for me and kept me informed throughout the process. I really felt looked after and it really like I was the most important customer.
