Travelled with @acklams coaches while train strike continues. My luggage was damaged when it fell off the Coach onto a busy road. I have been told to claim off my own insurance as they will not cover the cost even though it was Drivers error. So be warned when travelling with this company that you need travel/home insurance to cover any luggage they carry.

As I had intended. This COMPANY NORACORA, continues charging my bank account for $124 dollars for items never received. Two weeks ago I received an email where they were letting me know i my merchandise is on the way.!!!! My bank gave back the money to NORACORA as they keep saying they sent the merchandise, all about taking my money. I have not received any merchandise, which comes from some place in CHINA. Nothing. I now have to talk to my bank again. With the last email they sent me where I should contact my bank because they never received credit for my merchandise $124. They are are a very DECEIVING Company.
When I first contacted them about the bad quality of the merchandise, when they let me know they would give me credit for the whole amount I paid, and to give the merchandise to the HOMELESS WHICH I DID. Now they want my MONEY AGAIN? PLEASE EVERYONE BE AWARE TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM GHIS COMPANY. THEY ASKED ME TO HELP THEM GO THROUGH THEIR GROWING "PAINS"!!!!!!!

It was my first visit to a Premier Inn and I would certainly go again. Friendly staff, very clean, very comfy bed and pillows, nice quality bedding. We were in Sheffield City Centre and there was inevitably some traffic noise, but wax earplugs solve the problem. We had a good breakfast in the restaurant, all very nice. The reason I can only give 4 stars is that the sofa bed was rather too soft so not a good night's sleep on that. We needed a twin room and that was the nearest we could have. No family rooms and no twin bedded rooms. It's a pity.

Evri delivery driver left my parcel in a unsecured location on the public side off a closed barrier anyone could have pick it up and stolen it.Tried to complain to Evri but impossible to contact apart from a chat bot which was completely useless

Jodie was the most pleasant , helpful and knowable person . You couldn’t ask for a better person. There was no rushing me or forcing me into buying. She made us very welcome made us 2 coffees . Answered all my questions and gave us 2 test drives. I hope she will be there when I return for my next car !

Williams BMW Bolton very experience with them
It was worst experience with Williams BMW Bolton. 1st I booked on 06/12/2022 appointment for service recall for software update and earliest was available on 06/02/2023 after 2 months, also it told it will take from 90mins to 2 hours.
Any how reached their after waiting for 2 months 5 mins early then my appointment. It was surprise there was queue while you were there on appointment it took 25 mins to reach desk. It was a nightmare when she told me it will take 5 hours to update a software. End is I cancelled the appointment. I had very good with Williams BMW Rochdale going back to them .

Absolutely shocking ! Would not let me cancel my account , passed from pillar to post , disgusting communication, lied to , absolute cowboys kept on phone for hour and 25 mins . I was a honest customer I cannot believe the treatment I received from not 1 but 4 members of staff . AVOID !!

Making a claim from Staysure travel insurance is a nightmare,waited 50 minutes on on hold to be told by a man named Simon who sounded like an undertaker, that they had not received e mails although we had received emails to say that they had received them.
Resent all the emails and copies of confirmation emails .still no joy,This has been going on for over 2 months.

I made a complaint early this week in regards to a purchase I made through Pigsback with a company called loveyourbeanbag and due to no response from seller in over 2weeks about my delivery Pigsback where very quick to review the issue and resolve it for me had an email within 24hrs from Pigsback and seller since making the complaint and very pleased with how quick Pigsback helped try resolve my issue
