I'm really happy with EDF .
with the app on my phone its fast and easy to communicate with the team with WhatsApp there may be a bit of a delay them replying but it's so much better then trying to get through on the phone . I think the team are doing a good job in these very busy times with people struggling to pay their energy bills. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending EDF.

I would like to say a very big thankyou to Chris who works for Zone Blinds. He fitted my shutters today and they look fab and he was such a nice guy and very professional. He even brought his own shoe covers which I thought was great 😀I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for blinds/shutters as they look amazing so thankyou Zone Blinds.

Recently brought Atlantic plus hot tub from wave spas excellent item ticked all boxes for me ,better still jess and Darren excellent customer service in after sales if needed will buy again from wave spas

We purchased a brand new kitchen from Howdens and used their own brand Lamona, for all the appliances.
Within the first year, we had called the Lamona engineer out several times to fix the dishwasher and the Microwave.
Before the three year warranty was out, all our six Lamona appliances had been either replaced, mended or patched up.
The ceramic hob cracked while we were cooking, the microwave arced after 3 months and we were told it was the way we 'opened the door'. The washing machine stopped working and was replaced, the oven door is ill fitting and vibrates, letting the heat out, the grill is temperamental. The door on the dishwasher was mended after it stopped working and we have replaced all the freezer drawers as they were brittle and broke.
On the plus side, Lamona did come out swiftly after they were called, but I would not recommend buying any of their products.

I submitted a claim last week that my sofa recliner was fully extended and would not incline. this presented quite a safety/trip hazard as it was permanently fully extended. I have 2 young grandchildren and was worried about them falling over it. I called Guardsman back to ask for an escalation of my request on Monday 22nd and they said I would get a call from Engineer in a few days. I received a call and booking for next Monday 1st April which was quite a concern... I asked if there would be any chance of a cancellation and they kept my details. I received a call this morning from Joe the engineer who had a cancellation and agreed a time with him to call this morning 24.02.21. Joe came into my home wearing proper PPE and executed a safe working practice which made me feel safe. He quickly identified that the Motor had gone and replaced it. I was really happy with his professionalism and politeness and witnessed him dealing with a few calls from other customers and his customer service edict was excellent. Over all I gave this a 5* rating because I feel it is a true reflection of the service I received.

I have ordered from Hotel Chocolate before. I have never experienced the problems I have had now. Not only haven’t I received my order which is very late but I can’t track it with the information they provided and I have contracted them several times and they do not respond. This is absolutely horrible customer service. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and never deal with Hotel Chocolat again.

I was happy three years ago with Chumba now they are pathetic. I won consistent jackpots, not worth the extra verification of bank accounts, personal information. 3, weeks ago I changed bank accounts they were very unprofessional about it and sent my winnings way late. Super disappointed in them now last week I won a small amount and I wrote 5 emails in 3 days they did not respond. OK at its been over 1, week. When they were crediting thru PayPal it was awesome. They fell from grace in all categories sub zero. If there was a ești g below 1, star I would choose that. Chumba casino you can win but overall they suck big time. Awful. Do not play its worthless your time thank you for reading this.
