Dreadful - Battersea - Ordered a bocon roll - nice and full and plump in the picture £5 - not bad i thought - only to be served a bun fresh out of a microwave! with half a piece of bacon in it not even a full rasher!! Coffee mediocre too....Avoid there are much better independent ones nearby....

If I could a 0 I would! This coffee should come with a warning. I am a big coffee drinker but I have finally put together 3 occasions where I have been violently ill, the first time resulting in a hospital admission, as a healthy person the common denominator is consumption of this coffee less than 1 hour before. I have since read that the beans used contain double the caffeine of other coffee chains, this and its potential side effects should be listed. Nothing has ever made been as violently sick as your coffee.

I've been getting my blue volcano fix here every chance that I get. Love the coffee here so much and Urvisha and Martina are really quick and friendly first thing in the morning. Great start to my day

First had this coffee in London and have been hooked ever since on it, now it is all I drink at home

Blacksheep coffee 100% our first choice for large retail coffee chains puts Starbucks/ costa to shame , we prefer our favourite independent coffee cafes mostly, blacksheep coffee always enjoyable .

No signage, no service. Terrible!

Walked into the branch at Wembley Park and there was nothing to indicate that customers had to order via the tablets.

There was no acknowledgement or greeting either from the useless staff behind the counter who were running around like headless chickens. One person asked but didn't even point me in the right direction. Terrible.

One customer who was waiting and in the same position left unimpressed.

Clocked on after a few minutes from the non existent service that there must be another way to order and that's when I saw the tablets after looking around. Again, no signage and plus no paper tissues provided either.

All round terrible and a rip off too. Won't be using BSC again.

Walked in lovely atmosphere, I was then greeted with a high tech screen with loads of choices to chose from. I choice a latte when I first came here it was not very nice however I thought I would give it another shot and it was beautiful. I would recommend this up coming coffee shop as it as loads of options and staff are really friendly and open to help 👍😄

Service was excellent. Manu- top bloke. Very friendly and makes a superb cup of coffee. Would recommend! 5*

I’ve used a number of their branches and their touchscreen ordering is a nightmare. I thought this stuff was supposed to make the consumer experience easier? On the most recent visit, I had to abandon my attempt because it was so convoluted. By all means let customers order electronically if they wish but face-to-face should be available too.

The coffee isn’t good. It came out quickly (which was nice), but it tastes burnt and is almost undrinkable.

I was however disappointed with the coffee - Blue Mountain. Making it using a cafetiere I found it too delicate in taste and lacking the 'bite' I look for.
