I contacted the Le Creuset Helpline as my pepper mill had stopped working. It was covered by the 10 year guarantee. I received friendly personal service from the Helpline team and of course I am happy with the perfectly working replacement pepper mill which arrived today - thank you.

Hopefully we wont need to get in touch with the team for another 20 years.

Thorough service and review of issues
Prompt responses to emails and comprehensive plan of action. My only complaint was the number of photos which needed emailing especially those of the un-sealed, sealed box and covering letter when returning the items. The company heard my concerns and replaced the pans but were clear as to future care of non stick pans.

LeCreuset long warranty - it is what it says on the box.
I bought a LeCreuset product (a pepper mill) a while back that stopped working before the warranty expired. The company offered a free replacement without a fuss. Well done!!

We purchased a French Press 3 years ago and up until recently it was working fine. We then noticed that coffee grounds were coming out of the pot into our cups after pouring.

I contacted customer service to ask them what I could do. I sent them some photos as they requested.

I thought I would get a replacement mesh, what I didn’t expect was a full replacement. I hadn’t realised there was a 10 year guarantee.

I got in touch with Le Creuset’s customer service team about a non stick pan I purchased about 18 months ago (within a set of 3 other non stick cookware) that was no longer non stick. They replied within 24 hours with clear instructions. I followed them and returned the pan. After some dialogue via email they sent me a replacement pan in the post that I received earlier this week. Great customer service which matches the quality I know the products to be.

Quick Response time regarding a faulty item which was ordered. I was able to provide them with the issue with my ordered item and they have replaced it without any issues in record time!

I had an issue with two of my Le Creuset Toughened Non-Stick frying pans and contacted customer services for advice. Although my claim wasn’t initially accepted under the guarantee, Le Creuset asked to inspect the pans and, following inspection, kindly replaced both of them as a gesture of goodwill.

Throughout the process, the customer service team were professional, courteous and kept me informed. I really appreciated the way my case was handled and the goodwill shown. I also own another Le Creuset frying pan that continues to perform perfectly, which is why I chose to contact them in the first place.

We have purchased many LeCreuset pans, saucepans, and cooking dishes over the last 20 years and replaced most of our everyday-use pans in 2024 when we had an induction hob fitted.
I was disappointed that the inside non-stick surfaces of 2 of our saucepans became increasingly tarnished with a white substance. We always heat the pans gradually and clean them carefully, so I was surprised that only after 1.5 years of use, they looked awful and the non-stick surface looked like it was peeling off.
After attempting to return them to the shop where we purchased them, the online process for reporting the issues was very prescriptive and easy to follow. Even though I was undecided about whether to bother with this process, I completed everything required. The LeCreuset Customer Service/UK Customer Helpline Team is very helpful and communicates very clearly about when to expect a response from them and what information they required.
The outcome was that LeCreuset replaced our two saucepans and I was very pleased with our new pans!

Excellent customer service le creuset are all about customer satisfaction .The products are great quality and therefore more . Unfortunately as you would expect from time to time things don’t work or run into a problem but you can be assured Le Creuset will look after you with after sales
