They sent me a replacement salt mill when mine broke, even though it was a gift!

I bought an enamel kettle two years ago from them and recently noticed rust on the inside and in my drinks. On closer inspection the inner enamel has started wearing away. Having a five year warranty I assumed this could be replaced. I contacted them and received a reply on how to operate a kettle and the option for 30% off another one. Apparently this is normal wear and tear. I obviously know how to use a kettle and I obviously do not want to buy another one that will do the same! Bought a beautiful stainless steel one from Aga instead.

I recently received an order from Le Creuset and immediately noticed that the parcel felt unusually light. When I opened it, the box was empty and the item I had paid for was not inside.

I find it unacceptable that a package could be dispatched in this condition. As a customer, I paid for a product that I never received, yet I am now left having to chase a resolution.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for ensuring that goods are delivered to the customer. An empty box is not delivery of the goods I purchased.

I am requesting a full refund and expect this matter to be resolved promptly. Until then, I cannot recommend ordering from Le Creuset based on my experience. Very disappointing. Order Number UK00553549

After contacting customer services and sending some photos of the problem I received a replacement within a week very pleased

Carole was very helpful when we went into Le Creuset about our frying pan that had a lifetime guarantee. The food was sticking to it so it wasn’t working properly.
We were able to get a new frying pan and actually because Le Creuset products are so good and the lifetime guarantee held up today we ended up spending a £160 on a set of roasting tins and a baking tray after our Denby ones failed.
We will recommend these products to other friends and family

I enquired about my damaged saucepans and Jennifer was very helpful and quick with email responses. Customer service is 10/10 I was not able to replace my saucepans as only 10 year warranty but was offered a good will gesture. Highly recommend purchasing again and using their customer services should I have any future issues.

I made an inquiry regarding a damaged lid for a rather old casserole dish.
The responses I got from the helpline person were personally written(no AI), so I felt they were genuinely interested in trying to help me. The emails were supportive and clearly guided me as to what may be possible.
My damaged lid was no longer in production but they managed to replace it with a very close match. The service was amazing and I felt they not only have pride in the product but they care about their customers too. Thank you so much!

Fast efficient service to replace a faulty pepper mill

Wonderful experience, I had to return some pans as part of the guarantee. The whole process was efficient and communication spot on. It was not long for the issue to be resolved and a replacement pan sent. The team took the time to advise on how best to use the pans. I made sure to read the booklet that came with and the oil prep was a game changer. Excellent service to go with excellent products. Thank you.

Brilliant experience and so helpful. We broke an item out of warranty, no question the item was replaced. The person who we dealt with, Dionne, was extremely helpful and a credit to an excellent company.

Very disappointed with my experience when ordering from the Le Creust UK website.

I placed an order worth £1,265.40 which is now over a week overdue and has been sitting within the Parcelforce network with no movement since last week.

The most frustrating part has not actually been the delay, but the lack of support when trying to resolve it. I requested that the shipment be returned and refunded due to the ongoing delay, however I was advised that no refund would be considered until the goods arrive back.

For an order of this value, I expected a much higher level of customer service, proactive communication, and ownership of the issue.

I have always viewed Le Creuset as a premium brand, but this experience has unfortunately not reflected that.

Rarely been as amazed at a response from customer service. Bought a toughened non stock frying pan with a lifetime warranty. The coating was beginning to deteriorate and so I placed a warranty claim.

Apparently Le Creuset toughened non stick coatings are only compatible with low hob heat and only with rapeseed oil. Any deterioration of coating is misuse as you have exceeded low hob heat and / or not used rapeseed oil, coconut oil or sunflower oil - they specifically do not allow olive oil. How a company with the reputation of Le Creuset has managed to design a frying pan that is not suitable for frying or use with any fat of the cooks choosing is astounding. I do not expect to spend £80 on a frying pan to be told the warranty is invalid if I have used it for frying. I gave gone from having a high opinion of this business to a terrible opinion.

As expected (and hoped) Le Creuset customer service was fantastic. Veronika dealt with my issue quickly, efficiently and was lovely to deal with. These days customer service seems usually very low on a companies list of priorities but Le Creuset were 10/10. Thank you
