I brought a twin pack of frying pans. Straight from day 1, went to fry eggs in butter at half heat. The center of the pans were raised and eggs went to the sides of the pan. Both pans did this on day 1. Finally complained to lecrueset and they asked for me to send them back to them for inspection. They insisted that photos of the pans were emailed, along with photos of them being packaged, whilst in the box with suitable packaging. Long. They received the pans and said that they had been misused and have hotshots. This apparently voids warranty so no compensation given. The hotspots are in the middle of the pans where they do not contact the induction oven properly. Honestly, I've owned rangemaster pans for over a decade which perform far better than this and similarly priced. On receiving my pans back in the post, they were poorly packaged and were clanging together. The pans are substandard, extremely overrated and expensive. I wont buy lecrueset ever again. Its a shame since some of there stuff probably is great but the warranty is dubious at best. Going back to rangemaster pans and keeping le creus for camping over a fire pit only.

I emailed as I needed a replacement knob for a casserole dish and couldn’t see the part on the website.
Had response next day and was sent 2 replacements free of charge despite it being a purchasable part.
Great friendly service and they could just have directed me to the website to pay.

There was a problem with my online order, mainly my own fault. So I called the helpline and spoke to Jennifer who was exceptionally helpful. I honestly could not have asked for a better, quicker, more understanding and positive response. I’m delighted and very impressed.

I purchased a kettle approximately one month ago, which has developed a crack at the base of the spout where it joins the main body.

The kettle has only been used under normal household conditions for boiling water, with no impact or misuse. Given the very short period of use and the location of the crack at a structural joint, this appears to be a manufacturing or material defect rather than wear and tear. Still no reply for resolution

Amazing customer service. Replaced a Pepper mill gifted to us as a present with no receipt, and no quibbling! What customer service should be!

I bought a lovely pan from the soleil range a couple of years ago which got badly damaged despite being the newest in my le creuset collection. I managed to get a replacement after what I can only describe as “ an uphill battle” with customer service. This replacement has also become damaged on the inside and outside. Therefore, I reached out once again to explain this to them and see if o can get it restored or replaced.
My experience has been extremely disappointing. Le creuset are extremely resistant to honouring the lifetime guarantee . Customer service has very lacklustre responses to otherwise sensible queries. I.e I pointed out I have significantly older le creuset and I have the transactions to prove this. I offered to send proof and photos over to highlight that perhaps this yellow range had perhaps been a bit more problematic.
I also find it disrespectful that you, as a customer, have to pay for insurance when sending over pans and pots (meaning any damage in transit is on the customer)
Imagine such a prestigious , luxurious name such as le creuset offering this type of service. I got myself a new cast iron pan and pot from John Lewis and I will not be coming back to le creuset .
On two separate occasions they have provided subpar customer service to say the least.

From me phoning up- I actually spoke to a ‘human’ very quickly into the call who was very understanding and sent me the link that I required to continue with my broken salt mill.
I did all that was asked and I got my replacement mill exactly 6 days from me first logging the broken mill!

I had a really positive experience with customer service at Le Creuset. Darcey was extremely helpful in resolving an issue I had with a cake stand I purchased in September. Although it had only been used a few times, the base unfortunately came away, possibly due to a problem with the adhesive.

After I sent through a few photos as requested, the issue was handled quickly and efficiently. I was provided with a brand new replacement cake stand, and the whole process was smooth with a fast response throughout.

I really appreciate the prompt and helpful support.
