Nous avons vérifié nos dossiers et tenons à clarifier. Un billet d'aide a bien été créé pour vous le 7 septembre, et notre équipe y a répondu en détail le lendemain, point par point. Nous y confirmions que vous n'êtes pas obligé de refaire votre testament s'il est toujours valide et à jour. Vous pouvez utiliser nos autres services, comme la procuration, sans créer un nouveau testament. Nous y expliquions également que le mandat d'inaptitude n'est pas un document que notre plateforme peut générer.

Hi George, thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry the service didn't meet your needs.

We can confirm that your refund has been processed, and you should see the credit appear on your card shortly. We appreciate the opportunity to look into what you raised.

Our service does accommodate multiple levels of contingent beneficiaries. For any minor beneficiaries, we also provide a control that lets you set the minimum age at which they receive their inheritance. That control works in your situation as well, so the inheritance intended for minors is protected and released to them once they reach the age you choose.

We understand this didn't provide the customization you were hoping for, and we've taken your feedback, including your comments on the Health Directives. If there's anything else we can help clarify, our team remains available at support@legalwills.ca.

Hi William,

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for any confusion but I do want to clarify a few important points so future members aren’t misled.

You did receive a response from us. As soon as you asked where to find your Will, we replied with clear instructions on how to log in and download it from your account.

LegalWills does not automatically mail printed Wills unless the Document Print & Ship service is purchased. Most members prefer downloading and printing their documents at home, which is why the default delivery is digital.

Your Will is fully legal once printed and signed with two witnesses, whether you print it yourself or ask us to mail it. The legality does not depend on receiving a hard copy from us.

If you would still like a printed version mailed to you, we can absolutely arrange that once you step though the Document Print & Ship to process your order. And if anything else in your account is unclear, we’re happy to help — just reply to the support email we sent on September 13 and we’ll take care of it right away.
