My problem was solved very quickly and efficiently.

They charge too much money for things people can do on their own. Also they claim ALL OVER THEIR ADS IN YOUTUBE AND ON TV that legal advice is included but it's absolutely not; legal advice is only available for an extra charge on top of already ridiculously high service fees. THEY DO NOT MAKE THAT CLEAR WHEN TRYING TO BAIT YOU IN. I learned later that I can easily start my own LLC for very little cost instead of using them for 10x the amount but I'll never make the mistake of using Legal Zoom again.

Look, setting up business paperwork for the crew while sitting in a Transit van in bad weather is already a headache. The phone rep was dead-on and walked me through all the steps without treating me like an idiot. But their online portal got stuck halfway through my filing and wouldn't let me save my progress, so I had to re-enter half my info. Solid, helpful people on the line once you get ahold of them, just fix the glitchy website setup.

For the most part they have great step by step instructions/guides helping navigate the process! The one thing that could be helpful, is allow users to be able to stop and save for later option, that way if they have do research on certain topics, they don’t lose what they already completed and start back over from the beginning.

It’s was good seamless transition from agent to agent both did a remarkable job both Sara and Jose were a blessing to talk to and left a good first impression very professional and informative. Would recommend.

Visited the LegalZoom site to rectify some state regulation requirements. Had a great experience in using the chatbot. Due to my unique inquiry, the chatbot quickly connected me to a business formation specialist, who later called me directly to clarify my needs, provide guidance, then patiently walked me through the checkout process. Flawless customer experience. Bravo!
