Great experience completing my intake appointment the nurse practitioner was very friendly and considerate/attended to my needs well. Based on the questions that they asked about my medical history and Legion does not give off the impression that it is a pill mill and I appreciate that as well.

I canceled my first visit, literally the same day and they still charged me the 100$ a few days later.

They take advantage of people with already poor mental health and scam them.
There is no option to take my card off the profile either.

Its a business purley to take advantage of a vulnerable population. I hope the doctors and anyone working there can live with being horrible human beings.

Adding on: now you ask me to reply to you but the email you gave doesnt even work. Heres the response.

It wont show me the date of canceled appointment but I clicked on cancel and followed steps. The website is very glitchy anyway.

However, it is a heartless business model and simply bad taste to charge 100$ for a cancel fee anyway, not only for a first time patient but a first time patient for depression someone seeking help. Its punishing people for for needing help and taking advantage.

Take my card off the website and delete all information about me
Im disgusted and want nothing more to do with this soulless corporation.

I learned my lesson, I wont ever seek help again.

My Dr was over 10 minutes late for our virtual meeting for my new patient intake.

I expressed my lack of free time or ability to make appointments with my busy work schedule, she assured me that we’d get me some relief for my ADHD symptoms that are hindering my day to day life - and suggested a non-stimulant solution and I was very happy to hear we would start finding some relief.
At the end of our appointment she changed her mind and said for me to go to Quest for a full panel and then meet in an additional 2 weeks before beginning treatment. Although I was okay with the low dosage we discussed starting on, she insisted on this route to maybe start higher.
They never sent me the referral for Quest, and I reached out to let them know, with no response, and I’ve wasted $110 on absolutely nothing.
It seems they’re trying to squeeze out whatever they can from people.

I am so glad that I chose Legion for diagnosis and treatment of ADHD. The whole team truly have your best interest at heart. I felt understood and heard and included in designing a treatment plan that works for me. When I had questions and called but had to leave a voicemail I was promptly called back which I was definitely not expecting. I give them 5 ⭐️ because the WHOLE TEAM went above and beyond what I ever expected and I could not be more pleased and thankful . If you want the best experience to help combat whatever issue you are dealing with I highly recommend Legion

I made an appointment. Called several times to see if my medications would be a problem. Each time I checked, they said no problem. Today, the day of my appointment, they called and canceled due to the meds I take. Now, I am left with no medications left and no appointment!! Horrible company!!

What a relief to find a psychiatric provider that actually cares and makes you feel heard, while also having a really easy process to get signed up. 10/10 would recommend!!
