I purchased 2 beautiful pink diamonds from Leibish as investment stones. One was a 0.35PP Argyle pink and another was a 0.37PP Argyle Pink. I believe the price was fair retail back in 2018. At the time of the sale I was told by our sales rep Amir at that time, as part of the sales process, that if we ever wanted to sell the diamonds back on consignment through Leibish, that this would be possible. Unfortunately that part of it was a scam. I believe he said this to me on the phone as a way to reassure me because I was worried at that time that I would have trouble selling the diamonds when the time comes due to the highly specialised nature of the pink diamond market. Low and behold - I have reached out to Amir by email on at least 2 occasions about selling the diamonds and we seem to have been ghosted. By all accounts, and it is my experience as well, the sales process is second to none. They treat customers very well and the quality of the stones were top notch. However, BEWARE, if you are buying as an investment and they tell you on the phone or by email that they will buy-back from you - be careful because they won't. You will be on your own to dispose of your investment when the time comes. I'm rating 1* because I felt they lied to me on the phone as part of the sales process.

I have just received my third ring from Leibish and I must say they are the BEST I am so very pleased with the style and the workmanship of them all. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for that special ring.

We bought my fancy diamond from Leibish in 2009 and it has been an amazing investment. I was dealing with Levi again this year. The pictures are the best compared to other specialist fancy diamond sellers and Levi has been wonderful to deal with. I highly recommend Leibish & Co.

I got the 3.8 M diamond, it seemed to be fake, so i threw it away. No, refund was given. Wont buy again. Bad customer service. Ew.

As everyone nowadays we were scared of buying online and then get a disappointment in NYC after flying from Ireland to get the ring but it was the Best desition and I am in love of my ring.

I wanted to acquire some jewelries for me as I really wanted to buy a ring for the first time. Of course, befprehand, I got acquianted with the average prices of jewelry as I wanted to save up money, because jewelries these dayas are expensive enough and in order not to pay more, I compared average prices in the internet and made up a conclusion that this company sells jewelries quite cheaper than other ones. So, I chose here a ring and ordered it. Ofc, I contacted customer support specialists beforehand, mainly in an aim to find out whether the size would be suitable. Fortunately, everything is okay.

I began my ring search in November of 2021, found Leibish a month later, and received my ring in February of 2022. Paradoxically, I was looking for a high quality diamond that highlighted an inclusion. After looking at local and out-of-town jewelry stores, as well as many online retail stores, I realized my request would be difficult to find. The stores that sold such diamonds had poor reviews, and none of their diamonds came with certificates. When I came upon Leibish, I was ecstatic to learn about their conflict-free partnerships and pledge to 100% untreated diamonds. After looking through their extensive inventory, I found the perfect greenish yellow-grey diamond that highlighted a cloud inclusion. Levi helped me every step of the way, enlightening me on what the GIA certificate meant and on the durability of the ring setting. His patience never wavered, even when I requested a full GIA certificate and switched my ring setting at the last minute!
