Every body is profusional and helpful especially when choosing frames

I have been going here for years and they have always been excellent.

This is the first time I have had a hearing appointment. I found Caitlin to be very patient, thorough and she took the time to explain what was going to happen, as it happened and after the tests had been completed. She then explained the options open to me now and in the future.

My visit for hearing care was an excellent experience, the person carrying out the hearing test was kind, polite, professional and exceeded my expectation

I chose to have my hearing checked at Leightons, because their audiologist was registered with the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists (BSHAA), which should ensure a high standard of professional service was provided. The audiologist I saw was very friendly, gave good, easy to understand explanations about my hearing tests and what the results meant. My options for hearing aids were clearly explained and that I am able trial a selection to be sure I choose the best ones for my needs.

The audiologist was very pleasant and professional. he was willing to go out of his way to be helpful. The hearing aid is of good quality with a good support and after sales service. Highly recommended

Went for a hearing test. Everything was explained in detail in terms of what the tests were attempting to do followed by an explanation of the results. I was very impressed by the audiologists expertise. I was particularly impressed by the process not being rushed and no hard sell of a particular hearing aid.

Full satisfied good friendly service speedy when adjustment when needed.

The 1 star is for the optician who was great, as for customer service in the Basingstoke Branch, absolutely awful and I would rather drive to another town than ever go in there again! do not trust them as all they are interested in is getting as much money as possible out of you!!

Always a good experience when I visit leightons

The staff at Leightons Basingstoke are second to none. Two of my children had eye tests this morning. They received excellent care and attention from the receptionist, the optometrist and the dispensing optician. Whilst I was waiting a lady came in who had had an unfortunate accident and broken her glasses and hearing aid. The staff couldn’t have been more caring and considerate of her needs and went above and beyond to try to help her. I was so impressed. I think it’s rare these days to find such a high level of service and genuine care, well done Leightons

Although only had bi annual eye test and the attention to customer service and professionalism is excellent. This leads to a high level of confidence and reassurance in the examination results etc. No pressure to purchase new glasses and offered to tighten up my existing frames although not purchased from Leightons.

Recent hearing test and treatment. Conor was brilliant. Friendly, helpful, informative, funny. Put me at ease, made the whole process enjoyable. Would happily go back to see him.
