Thanks for your help!!

In the past few months, I had made calls before and was not sure what options to try to get out of credit card debt. However the agent, David Perez was more than able to reassure me of the advantage of the only offer made to me. I am now set to make monthly payments that will eliminate the dangers of over $20,000 in interest and the hassle of juggling payments on 7 cards. I started talking with Julie Fortado on Friday, March 31, 2023 about the debt relief program. I needed a couple of days to think about what she presented to me. She said she would call me back Monday, April 3, 2023 at 9am to discuss it again. She took 2 hours on the phone with me explaining everything. She answered all of my questions. She was so patient with me and I am very appreciative of that.

My experience was great. Julie is amazing and great at her job. It’s rare to find someone with such an upbeat attitude about helping someone else with their financial struggles. She never made me feel embarrassed about my situation or my low credit score, nor did she talk to me as if I was child and needed scolding for being in the situation that I am in. Instead she was understanding and she kept everything real with me, as I did too. What a great asset to your company to have someone as phenomenal as Julie.

The representative (Brian Willard) that I spoke with was totally professional in every aspect of my situation. He anticipated my questions with accuracy and complete understanding of my situation.
