I have been struggling from pay check…
I have been struggling from pay check to paycheck and I was always behind on bills. If I didn't fill out that form that I received in the mail; I would never found a nice person in Julie. Julie was amazing. She explained the process and program very well. We were on the phone for hours. She wanted me to know this would be a great program and I agree. I need to get back on track and my foot out of the quicksand as I explained to Julie. I know getting into more debt was not the answer. I'm ready for a new start and it's great Julie was on other end. 4/14 will be my new start date of going forward and being debt free.

I ask questions if I need to know and Ms Julie Fortado definitely made it clear to my understanding moving this business to you, DMB. I live in a fixed income and I try to cut corners trying so I can involve more stuff into my daily living. Ms Fortado well worded it to me why this transition is better. So I agreed!
