Excellent customer service with regular email updates that made you feel like you were dealing with an actual person. Much cheaper than spec savers. I had new varifocal lenses inserted into existing frames and the process could not have been simpler

I had a few questions before using Lensomania. My email was answered on the weekend within 24 hours. Each step was straightforward. I have a high/complex varifocal prescription. My new glasses have each gradient in exactly the right spot. I saved over £100 compared with my usual high street optician. I am thrilled by the service I received.

Clear comms from Karl and the team at Lensomania. I had my glasses (2 pairs) back in approximately 1 week, with both sets of lenses changed to my new prescription.
