This is a company that well and truly lives up to its name. Being a first time buyer I did not know the first thing I needed to do when it came to getting a mortgage or what what was involved with buying a house. They took on my application, understood exactly the background and complexities with previous broker; the demystified the situation and got both mortgages offered within one month of Indian application. Karl has really helped and guided me through the whole mortgage process, as a first time ( self employed) buyer there have been many occasions where I have been unsure of how to take the next step. Paid 250£ for the service of getting a mortgage, James told me it looks ok and we can get a mortgage but after a couple of weeks no joy.
Then Helen said we can apply with Kent Reliance as everything looks ok but I have to pay Kent reliance 440£ admin fee to do the checks. Now it has been declined I was left with no explanation of why and 690£ spent.
