Submitted a request for advice on the tax treatment of an investment bond account I have - which in itself was very easy - and Julie called me the next day to discuss the matter. Julie's advice was very clear and to the point and left me in no doubt as to the tax treatment. Given tax can be so complex and there can be significant consequences of getting it wrong, Julie's advice really put my mind at ease.

Will Newnes was absolutely amazing with both myself and my husband during our mortgage process. We encountered an issue with our first property, and Will consistently stayed in contact, offering full support and guidance with anything he could help us with until the property was ready to be sold back to the developer.

After that, he was incredible in securing us a fantastic mortgage offer and assisting us with our life insurance. Will is incredibly polite, proactive, and always available for any questions or queries we had. He regularly checked in throughout the buying process to see how everything was going and provided support in any way he could.
