Couldn’t be happier with the service at cooper associates. We was liaising with will and he was amazing I would definitely recommend!

We recently purchased a property via Graham at Cooper Associates Mortgages. The service and contact was first class. In a market with declining interest rates, Graham proactively told us when rates had fallen and saved us around £150 in all. The wider team were always contactable and responded quickly if we have any questions. Could not have been easier!

This is the second time I have used Cooper Associates and have again found them absolutely excellent. Graham Davidson has been superb, initially working above and beyond the routine requirement to ensure that we have got the very best rate available, he has subsequently continued to help me to keep the process on track driving to a very timely completion. His professional knowledge has been invaluable.
I could not have asked for more and will be be back when I next need to renew my mortgage.

We were able to stick to the timeline and never faced any delays. This is third time now that we have received service from Cooper associates and this experience has remained same.

As first time buyers, myself and my wife were incredibly apprehensive of the whole process. We made an initial enquiry online and we quickly had a phone call to book an initial interview. We received our AIP quickly and we were able to put an offer in a house. Once this was accepted we were supported throughout the mortgage application process. The mortgage was granted within a couple of days.

Overall a superb experience and I’d highly recommend them to a one.

I couldn’t recommend Sam Bates enough! He was brilliant throughout and made the process super easy and straightforward. Looked for the best rate for us and even got a better one before we exchanged!
I will for sure be contacting Sam again when we come to remortgage!

Paul Bruford was very helpful and informative. Cooper Associates ensured that my mortgage progressed well and any issues that came up were dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Dale was brilliant. My situation wasn't the easiest, as my credit score wasn't the best, and I was a single applicant with an average salary. However, Dale managed to find me a deal within my budget and progressed the application in a timely way. He was always thoughtful and communicative. Jade was also brilliant at keeping me updated as the application went into the lender, as the lender wanted a few extra bits of documentation. Jade was able to answer my questions and was always kind and responsive.

I came to Cooper Associates after a poor experience with L&C where I felt like the guy gave up once we hit a small bump in the road. I'm so glad I didn't give up on trying to get a mortgage at that point, and I'm so very grateful for Dale doing such a great job. Thank you!

Jarryd was excellent in all aspects of the mortgage journey during our first home purchase, from the very first meeting all the way to completion. He is just amazing, very knowledgeable and went out of his way help us stay on track during the long months of the house buying process. Firstly, I’d like to say a huge thank you to James Pugh who was my first point of contact when trying to arrange a mortgage. James was just fantastic, from start to finish. As first time buyers, all we were anticipating was a stressful, agonising process ahead of us but James and the team at Cooper Associates actually made this process simple, understandable and enjoyable for us. We never had to chase anyone for information, progression or answers to any of our queries. Communication was top notch.

As a first time buyer, James made the whole process incredibly straightforward. Everything was explained, communication was quick and clear, and there were no hidden surprises.

From my very first meeting with Beth I cannot fault the service I received. I find dealing with these sort of things very difficult and stressful but Beth made everything very easy for me with her experience and her pleasant and friendly nature. Nothing was too much trouble and she went out of her way to keep in contact and made herself available when I needed to speak to her.
